Went on a bus trip with a high school and this bus was completely disgusting and dirty. The bus smells like rotten fish, the bathroom was so dirty, the wifi and electrical outlets didn’t work either. I would not recommend using this bus service. Not to mention the first bus driver we had was 3 hours late due to not being organized and remembering the date the trip was. Horrible experience.

Tonight March 1 2025 at approximately 6:45 pm on the 401 east bound heading to Woodstock this Badder bus decided to go into the left lane and stay there for at least 20k. A REAL ROAD HOG. No reason he has plenty of room , chances,and time to get into the middle lane. I flashed him with no response and when I passed on the right he decided to go from his 108km hogging the left lane to 125 to try to catch me. This driver is lucky I was not working cause your passengers would have been waiting for another bus driver.

We booked a coach bus to take our grade 9 and 10 class to and from Toronto. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our driver was extremely friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and was easy to communicate with the day of. We would highly recommend booking with Badder.

Stan was our bus driver from London to Detroit. He was extremely hospitable, timely, went above and beyond for us, and an all around great person. He made the trip great, and I would use badder Bus service again, all because of his 10/10 service.

I was on an excursion from Strathroy to various quilting sites (April 6th). The driver we had wonderful. I have severe mobility issues and the driver was very solicitous and endeavored to make the experience pleasurable. He helped me on and on the bus. The only down side was the limited leg room.

This is a letter to the management .
Please teach some of your drivers proper manners and safe driving skills on highways . Driving at 120 and over, pushing smaller cars while changing lanes, tailgating , honking and creating panic just because they are driving a big vehicle doesn’t protect safety to your passengers and other drivers on the road. I agree that OPP doesn’t ticket buses and trailers for speeding , but we all need to think about safety.
