Très bien, à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville. Endroit tranquille, nous avions une chambre au 3e étage, très propre. Propriétaire présent sur les lieux à l'heure du déjeuner et en début de soirée , nous a renseigné sur la ville. À notre arrivée, nous avions une enveloppe dans le vestibule à notre nom avec clef et code d'entrée et permis de stationnement. Très agréable séjour.

A quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville. Quartier tranquille. Chambre petite, mais propre et mignon. Le propriétaire était normalement présent pour le déjuner pour donner aussi de reinsegnements. Possibilité de se garer devant , dans la route avec un permis donné par le proprietaire.

Balmoral B and B was a lovely place to stay for our first (and definitely not last) visit to St. John’s, NL. The location was quiet and central. When we arrived at 11 pm, after an exhausting round of flights from Abbotsford, B.C., the directions and entry to the inn, sent by David, our host, were easy to follow. We arrived to the cleanest B and B I have ever seen. Low lamps were left on for us and quiet jazz played from a small speaker behind the couch. We felt immediately welcome. Breakfast was continental, serve yourself style and there were many options. The kitchen was tidy and impeccably clean. Our room was on the third floor, so a few stairs BUT the view of the harbour was worth the climb! My husband and I highly recommend Balmoral Inn as a beautiful and homey place to stay in St. John’s!

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit St. Johns. David was a great host, the house was well appointed, clean and tidy. The kitchen is accessible during the day for fridge use or coffee/tea. Breakfast was self serve with a nice variety of cereals, fruit, breads and pastries. The bed was comfortable and since this is an old Victorian house, the rooms are cozy but clean and fresh. Free street parking was a bonus. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

The Balmoral Inn is located near downtown St. John's, within walking distance to Water Street and other local attractions.||||The Inn is a well maintained home, with comfortable rooms and beds and air conditioning. The hosts were great, had a chat with them at breakfast (which is also quite good, with lots of options).||||As it is an old home the rooms are located on the upper floors which are only accessible by the staircase (so be prepared to climb a few flights). The host offered to carry our luggage which was nice of them, but they may not be there depending on when you arrive or depart. Not an issue for us, but thought it worth mentioning for those less able.||||All in all a great place to stay and would stay again!

We spent three nights in this beautifully renovated b&b. Our hosts were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of things to see and do in St. John's, and sat with us every morning to chat while we ate breakfast. Great location, easy walk down the hill to restaurants, shops and the harbour. Extremely clean room, modern ensuite bathroom. Great selection for breakfast - everything we wanted for our stay!

This place is an absolute gem!! David, our host, was super friendly and whom we got the privilege to know personally. He gave us some of the best tips while visiting Newfoundland. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants downtown and on the waterfront. Lots of parking in front. The breakfast options were fantastic. Lots to choose from. Wine glasses, cork screws, high ball glasses and ice was all available for our use. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and the service was amazing. I will definitely book again the next time we're here. Highly recommend it!!

Comfortable rooms and David is a super host. In addition to great breakfasts he gave us great tips on what to see. He also let us use his kitchen to make our own meal. After 3 weeks of eating out we wanted a change and also wante dto try seal flipper pie
