駅と言っても貨物と期間限定の観光列車しか今は走っていない。
冬場は雪がめちゃくちゃ積もってます。

Nice visitor and tourist info center with some kiosks inside offering information on area adventure tours like the Via Ferrata, Bikes, Hikes, and more.

Clean restrooms and easy access to snacks and brochures to plan some things to do.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming to me.

Além de informacões sobre cidade e arredores, é possível comprar os tickets para circulação dos veículos no parque. Ao lado desse centro de informação tem parking gratuito, e fica apenas a 600 do centro de Banff.

All female staff that was working was so loud and chatty, it made it very hard to concentrate. They were really self involved and after I asked them about a hike for a third time, the girl brain clicked on and was able to show me a map that I was inquiring about the whole time. They need to hire staff members that know the park and aren't so thick.
WiFi was good.

Easier parking and you were able to get information with a number of the park officials for orientation of your activities. Also you can leave your vehicle here and walk right into town it's so close. This is recommended in the summer as there is a lot of traffic.

The staff here was very helpful, but for someone driving though, there was no place to park. The whole town was full of circling cars looking for a parking spot. Grab a parking spot anywhere you can, as far out as you have to and walk here. Then get out of downtown Banff as fast as possible and back into the wilderness.
