Le personnel était très poli et accommodant. Le logement était très propre et l'arrondissement était parfait....près des restos, des épiceries, boutiques. Tout se faisait à pied. Le calme et les consignes étaient bien suivis de tous. Le lit des chambres confortables et suffisamment grand pour notre groupe familial.

This was practically one of the best places we've ever stayed. It's spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. It has full kitchen if you are willing to cook. I can't really think of anything else we would need from a place to stay. It's 5 minutes walk to all kinds of restaurants and major tourist area of Banff. Front desk employee(we only met one), she was very professional, helpful and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Basecamp Suites! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless—accessing our two-bedroom unit was easy with door codes emailed ahead of time, and the front desk staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay.

The accommodations felt fresh, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pull-out couch in the unit—which wasn’t advertised—and it gave us extra room to spread out. Even the living room was larger than expected and not fully shown in the photos, which made the space feel more open and homey. On top of that, the views from our unit were absolutely stunning.

The location can’t be beat. We were steps from great restaurants and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient. The well-stocked kitchen was a huge bonus—it allowed us to enjoy easy breakfasts at “home” and keep our farmers market finds fresh.

Just a heads-up: there’s no daily housekeeping service, so it functions more like an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. That wasn’t a downside for us, just good to know in advance.

We checked out the hot tubs, which were clean, but located at the top of a parking deck—definitely a unique spot, and we didn’t end up using them.

Overall, we were very comfortable, appreciated all the thoughtful touches, and would 100% stay here again.

The best location! Perfect space for our family of 4. You can walk out the door and reach all of downtown within 10 minutes. We also snagged groceries next door and cooked dinner in full kitchen one night. I highly recommend. The space is tight, but very clean and updated. Just what we needed.

Very nice place located right in the downtown Banff, very close to Main Street and Bow river walking trail. Very clean, and looks recently renovated. |The apartment had fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your own breakfast. And we definitely enjoyed the roof hot tubs with great mountains view!

My husband and I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room! It was also spacious, and we appreciated the cooking equipment in the kitchen. Also appreciate the hotel's eco-friendly housekeeping policies.

We were here Christmas week so pricing was incredibly elevated.||Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our two bedroom suite was spotlessly clean and modern. The rooftop hot tub was AMAZING and we were surprised to find that we had it to ourselves nearly every night (this was very unexpected due to the time of year!). The view of the mountains from our room was quite beautiful.||Location would be hard to beat - right in the middle of town and a five minute walk to the collection areas for many of the tours (the high school and the train station). The IGA is literally next door, there are two liquor stores within a few hundred metres and so many food options that you are spoiled for choice.||It operates on a self check in model. Great for privacy but it does feel a bit impersonal compared to other hotels. You help yourself to additional amenities and staff are available by phone if necessary. There seemed to be someone usually manning the front desk but they are in a separate office so we didn't really talk to them until it was time to check out.||All that said, I'm not sure that I would stay here again. It's modern but is definitely missing a bit of the charm and personal service that we saw in other Canadian hotels (especially at Christmas time). The beds were really comfortable but oddly warm. They seemed to retain body heat just where you were laying - it was to the point that my son ended up opening the window in December just so that he could sleep.||Overall it was a really nice stay but we paid an absolute premium for it. For the price I think I'd consider other options if we were to return to Banff again. Christmas pricing was more expensive than many of the other highly rated hotels that we'd been considering (Moose etc) and it didn't knock my socks off in the way that I had hoped.
