Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, stylish, and spacious. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the little things, like fresh towels and quality toiletries. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and I enjoyed every moment of my visit. A wonderful stay!

During my 5-day work trip, I’ve been very impressed with the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they’ve made my stay very comfortable. My room is always fresh and clean when I return, and the view from the window adds a nice touch. I have found the free parking to be incredibly convenient.

Older hotel but nicely redone. Staff are friendly . Room was a good size and fairly clean. Only negative comment is the towels were dirty so not switched between hotel guests. The first time I stayed. Every other time was perfect! Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. I've already recommended this hotel to my boss and co workers. All staff is very welcoming especially Charat helped me join the rewards program and upgraded me. I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks and look forward to each stay. All of the staff I have sent with are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers exceptional service, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. I loved the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

Location is easy access off the #1 highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. Riti came right away to help with my TV glitch which was really knowing the buttons to use. Quiet and had a great sleep along with a breakfast included in the cost. The bathroom layout was a bit different in that the sink was outside where the toilet and bath/shower were but did not take anything away from the comfortable stay.

Whoever the gentleman was working front desk around 7pm - amazing!
Great professional attitude and a pleasure to chat with.
Room was great. Bed was super cozy.
Went for food at the restaurant attached - 5 stars all around.
After midnight there was an altercation outside which involved the police.
Someone playing loud music, asleep in their truck, intoxicated.
Sarabjeet was the one who handled this situation with grace and professionalism.
Her and another coworker tried to de escalate as best they could.
She made the right decision for the whole hotel by handling it accordingly.
I’m certain more then just myself was thankful for her actions.
Shout out to Sarabjeet and the other workers on shift that night.
Breakfast was pretty good.
Vegans bring your own milk - otherwise options for all!

Very good value for your money. Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were comfortable, updated and clean. Great East Indian restaurant in hotel. We stay here whenever passing through Medicine Hat.

It was a busy weekend in Medicine Hat. But k was told to go to thr Baylor from the old Imperial Inn.
Very pleasant and helpful staff found me a room, even with the plastic card debacle (not the inn’s fault at all).
It was a great room with an awesome shower and good beds.
Next day, they had to shift me to a smaller room, and the bathroom was pretty ordinary. Still was a great sleep.
Breakfast was included. Plenty to eat but boiled sausages aren’t fantastic.
The checkout staff was patient and really good at her job.
Will stay here again for sure
