Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service from the woman dispatcher. Spoke to a man the first time I used this service and he was great. The only reason I used the service a second time was because the first guy and driver were so kind.

Tried using the service on Feb 17th and was told the roads were poor. Fair. I called back to ask for recommendations as I’m from out of town. The women yelled at me, told me I was wasting her time and then hung up. I had never been yelled at by an operator before simply for asking for support as someone also stuck in the snow. I definitely will be telling everyone to avoid this service just so they can avoid potentially being accosted by this rude woman.

Useless dispatcher can't tell the time, tells me 15 to half hour and im waiting over an hour always late. They also have goof ass drivers that yell at 7 year olds for being sick, not a mess in the cab but all over my sons lap and she yelled at him (Diana Davies)👹

Absolutely terrible customer service! The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude and clearly has no clue how to treat customers. It’s already frustrating enough trying to get a taxi in Owen Sound, especially in the winter when rides are scarce, but dealing with her attitude makes it even worse. Instead of being helpful, she acts like she’s doing you a favor just by picking up the phone. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she shouldn’t be the first point of contact for customers.

Knowing how few reliable taxi options there are in Owen Sound, people don’t have much choice, but if there were more options, especially Uber, this business would be in serious trouble. If management actually cares about their reputation, they need to do something about her attitude before more people get fed up and take their business elsewhere (if they even have the option).

Today plans unexpectedly changed and I was in need of a taxi last minute. I called every taxi company and got a 30-40 min wait. I called Bayshore back and booked them. Another taxi company text me and said they would be 15 min. I called Bayshore back to find out how long it would be before the taxi would arrive to make sure it wasn’t longer than this one. I was friendly but the lady doing dispatch was so rude and even hung up on me. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because she did squeeze me in and the cab driver was lovely. I don’t take cab really ever so this was not the best experience

The woman who attends the call is beyond rude and doesn’t respect the customer. She cuts the call mid way if she gets frustrated with someone and doesn’t let us talk. Will never book this taxi service even if i was dying and this was my last option. Pathetic

Their customer service is extremely poor—the worst I’ve ever experienced. The dispatcher lacks basic telephone etiquette, and the overall service is far below acceptable standards.

i usually love this cab company but i’ve waited almost 2 hours for a cab that was suppose to be 20 mins. I called them about 40 mins ago to ask how much longer and they said another 20 mins. I have no problem waiting just being truthful is extremely beneficial.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice,
The dispatcher was disgustingly rude for no reason.
As a customer of most cab companies in town this is and has always been the worst company to deal with.

If I as a customer gets told 25 mins for a cab... id expect it to be around that time not 10 mins before with no communication, just to be yelled at by the dispatcher that it's my fault not hers

I was right on time just to watch the driver driving off, so I called and asked about the driver leaving only to be met with utter and disgusting rudeness from the lady on the phone!
She yelled at me claiming he was there 10 mins before
Which as a customer who was told 25mins I do NOT feel is appropriate on her behalf and extremely immature to yell at a customer who is genuinely asking where their cab is.

I have reported these guys to the bbb.
