It is safer for you to walk to your destination then catch a ride on the bus. Buses are constantly late or don't show at all. Drivers are inexperienced, running through stop signs, going through crosswalks with pedestrians in them, as well as cutting off drivers on the road without signaling over and allowing people to slow down to let them into lanes.

Minus ➖ zero stars Worst serviced ever they see you standing there and look at you & drive right by with a smirk on they face and it’s your number and you’re late for work, but they don’t care, cold hearted 💔 transit system. I complained at the bus stop to somebody about the drivers and he had me arrested beat up and thrown in jail.
Laughing at me getting arrested.
Most of them are evil some are nice drivers Very few.
I’ve been taking the transit system all my life, and I’ve had nothing but mostly problems. they’re so mean unprofessional.
They rude to you they yell at you.
I’ve been trying to avoid the transit system like a plague, and Cabb system my whole life. I’m so glad that technology has changed where we can ride scooters now legally and it encouraged me to get my drivers license because of the transit system so harsh and unforgiving.
They’ve helped make my life worse so many times. They’ve got me arrested over nothing. That’s not their job but YES they do get off on seeing their customer suffer.
I’ve avoided the transit system most of my life, and I will continue till I’m gone from this earth.
Screaming with two figures in the air f*$k the transit system for life.

Wonderful friendly driver on 7 battle this morning. Have had numerous bad experiences lately. Wonderful to have such a friendly lady today. She greeted everyone with a smile and wished all a great day. Thank on bus 1063

“Follow the busses with the GO app!” Biggest waste of time and they rely on other riders to “give an accurate description of where the bus currently is” give me a break you cheap garbage company. Baffles me how they won’t throw on some trackers to ya know maybe the actual bus itself. How can you expect to charge people $65 a month for a pass yet can’t show up on time %90 of the time and let literally any drugged out homeless person on the bus without hesitation. I’m at the point where I’m going to start a petition to file a law suit against this absolute joke of a service.

Everyone pay attention and start noticing how some of these bus drivers should not be driving passengers. Let's wake up and change the system for the better! So hear me out with my experience and let's discuss publicly how we can change a horrible bus system into a better one! As a society, we require a safe, respectful and reliable public transportation to get us to our destinations!!! If bus drivers expect passengers to be respectful at all times for safe transportation, in return, bus drivers should also be expected to be respectful for safe transportation. Don't we all agree? Yes!!! We all require that!

Note, it is also the bus driver's responsibility to ensure the safety and well being of their passengers. Why was this bus driver verbally abusive to me? Why? I didn't do anything wrong! I was calm and respectful. I was just trying to make it to my bus to get to work on time. It's my usual bus I take too.

This incident happened on September 9, 2022, at approximately 7:50am at Landsdown Exchange. I reported that particular bus driver and reported the 4 digit number on the bus that abusive bus driver was driving. So they are aware of it but I should also let the public be aware of it too because I may not be the only one experiencing inappropriate/abusive bus drivers and I believe as a society we all have the power to come together to improve this bus system we rely on in our everyday lives!

I am new to Kamloops and still getting to know this bus system here. I noticed some problems but this problem must be addressed in public because this bus driver was verbally abusive, it was uncalled for and I don't think I am the only passenger experiencing abusive behavior from bus drivers. I was calm and respectful the whole time.

September 9, 2022, around 7;50am, I arrived to Landsdown Exchange and I saw the bus that I required to go to work on time which stated "7 Aberdeen" on the bus. I was worried about missing the bus for work (it was parked at Landsdown Exchange across the bus island). I ran over worried about missing the bus for work! When I made it to the bus, I knocked on the door so the bus driver could let me in. Bus driver yells at me through the door saying the bus is not in service. I was confused! I said to the bus driver it said 7 Aberdeen. Bus driver continue to yell at me. I turned around walked back across to the "bus island"to sit on the bench. While crossing, another bus driver almost hit me down and violently honked at me! That was NOT necessary! I felt so embarrassed and traumatized as everyone watched this! What is going on?!!!

I waited at the 7 Aberdeen bus stop at the bus island. Guess what? 1 minute later...that same bus driver who yelled at me saying that the bus was not in service when his bus clearly stated "7 Aberdeen"... that abusive bus driver drove around and miraculously became in service but the bus stated "7 Aberdeen" in the first place! That's misleading! I went on the bus and I said to the bus driver "I thought you said this bus was not in service". The bus driver decided to threaten me that he will kick me off the bus. He said that in front of other passengers. This bus driver made me feel violated, embarrassed and what a horrible start to my morning on my way to work! That experience traumatized me. All I was trying to do was not miss my bus so I can be on time for work! I do not feel safe taking your buses anymore after experiencing the uncalled verbal abuse of your bus driver that you have entrusted and given the privilege to drive passengers.

That bus driver who was verbally abusive towards me, his behavior was uncalled for and he is responsible for his actions.

I am sure you know which bus driver I am speaking of because I called Transit Services reporting this incident with the 4 digit number that particular bus driver I am reporting was driving. Also, I have identified the date, time, location, and which bus this bus driver was driving too. He was an older man with a grey beard

Kamloops Bus Transit, what are you going to do about this incident? I require a follow up.

I normally go on the bus after school so me and my friend were walking to the other bus stop so we could get a better spot bcs sometimes we miss our stop but when I was like two feet away from the bus I waved to him so he would know that I was going on the bus but instead of wait like 2 second he flailed his arms in the air and drove off, that obviously made me annoyed so I texted my friend that got on the bus before me and they said that the bus driver didn’t stop at their stop? Like what aren’t h supposed to stop at the bus STOP ? This was on the number 1 bus btw brock to tranquille Kamloops.

It's becoming a transit system for the homeless and addicted. No buss passes they just walk on for the ride passed out drunk or high passengers. Will I understand there is a problem in this city for homeless this is not the answer. There are children and elderly who rely on a safe ride .
