Buses are clean first thing in the morning, drivers are nice. I wish they were more dependable sometimes. The notifications that some routes are canceled are not always updated. I take the 32,31,17 and 21 if 17 doesn't show up.

Number 3 never goes to the exact destination. Bus never comes on time; sometimes doesnt even come. On top of that; they will gonna ask you to leave the bus in midway saying that there will be another bus coming instead and there is no other bus!! This is ridiculous! Worst bus service and bus number 7; always reduced service ! EVERYTIME!! Always have to pay for an uber instead.

Awesome way to get from Harrison springs back to Abbotsford!!!!! I’m super impressed. Helped me all week get to the trail on the mountain well mountains plural. lol. I had my pack with my tent and machete handle sticking out and everyone just assumed I was another hiker or the very worst another new homeless person in Abby or Chiliwack. What happened to Chiliwack!? lol I thought decriminalizing drugs was a good idea. Now? NOPE. But you don’t have to lock them up and make them sick. Theres a middle ground for crying out loud. IF it were Federal, then it wouldn’t be so concentrated. People are sick of being arrested and going through withdrawals in jail while they sort out a methadone or suboxone program for the individual being locked up. Or they make them sick for the hell of it building spite. That’s why a lot of opiate addicts are coming here now. They should either have not done this or they should have done something different with these laws. But buses are good! lol

Worst bus system I've ever seen. If the bus in 10 min they just keep going what is wrong with their heads when the bus is suppose to be there at 10:30 am and they arrive at 10:20 that's their problem they should wait at the stop until their scheduled time. Once again it was early when the weather was -4 with winds up to 40 km where I had to wait for another bus from Aldergrove with no where to get out of the weather. With severe lung issues I wasn't happy to say the least

Very bad service for the bus number 2 in the Abbotsford. Always got late. Today on January 26 at 5:12 pm, i again got very bad experience. The person who was driving this bus, did not even saw me and went so fast. He did nit stop at the point. I mean Why they are hiring irresponsible and inexperienced driver who have no idea where the bus stop is. 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Gladwin and Chehalis bus driver has missed my route twice in two days 10 minutes early he never showed had to Uber to work twice what's the point in buying a bus pass

It’s the worst experience most of the times with Abbotsford transit that I have. Sometimes the buses comes late and sometimes the buses goes early than their real times. Today, I have reached at Montrose exchange at 9:29am on the 1- UFV bus to get the 7 number Sumas mountain bus which should leave at 9:30am. However, it just left at 9:29 and did not wait any passenger to come from the 1-ufv bus, so I have to book Uber. It’s not the first time that it’s happening to me. What are the drivers doing Why are in hurry Why don’t they wait for the buses at Montrose and Bourquin exchanges for the passengers

Never thought I'd say this but SURREY is more reliable for busses than Abbotsford. That's probably the biggest thing I miss of surrey at least a bus came when it said so on the schedule and not just leave its customers out in the rain for over an hour. You'd think the hospital bus would run at nearly all hours. Bus priorities need to be straightened out. It's ridiculous how often busses are late or just don't show up period.
