THANK YOU MIGUEL,
I had to book a room for a friend last night, very last minute. So i dialled the front desk directly. I was surprised to find that I had to fill out a form and send pictures of drivers license and credit card. As it was a first for me, and the form was nearly impossible to fill on a NON huge screen smart phone, i needed help. When i called back I was met with a different voice and I thought I would have to explain every thing again. BUT, to my pleasure and surprise the person i spoke to already knew all about it. That means there is attention to detail and professional staff.
MIGUEL was who I spoke to and let me tell you, Miguel was one of the most helpful and most professional Hotel customer service employee I have ever worked with. He was always positive and even when I asked for him to do things above and beyond his responsibilities, he did everything in his power to get it done.
As the night progressed and my friends plans changed Miguel was at my service and willing to go the extra mile.
I wish all customer service professionals could be as professional as Miguel.

Stayed here for a couple nights while exploring the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Towels are lovely, Hot breakfast was excellent. Good value and good location. I highly recommend this location while exploring Fort McMurray and surrounding area.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in downtown Fort McMurray, nearby grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, and the bus stop. It was very convenient, particularly in winter, when the temperature outside was -35 degrees.|My room was large and comfortable, with a separate seating area and a kitchen that had everything I could possibly need for my stay. The bathroom was impeccably clean (as well as the whole bedroom) and had a shower-bathtub with good water pressure. |My bed and pillows were very comfortable too.|Having free coffee and tea throughout the day and night was very welcome too.|Nevertheless, the best part of my stay was, without any doubt, the amazing staff, particularly Grace and Anne, who were always ready to provide help and advice. I will return!

Ridiculous, flagging someone, when they were verbally abused and talked down to. So then it’s ok to ask their 67 year old mother to leave after being here repeatedly four times since being told that as a customer you have no rights to be upset that items are missing from your motel room. Thank goodness, I have the notes in therapy for the ptsd this has caused. And thank you for making my mother cry over her breakfast. Definitely don’t recommend as this is how they treat women and they’d rather rent long term to crack heads. (At least they did years ago, so I doubt they have changed especially with an attitude to kick out an elderly person.) Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! Disgusting. Also…. Flagged even though head office sent me a voucher to make up for the stupidity. Oh ya, we have two pets with us. What do we go now huh? Trying to move and this is how we’re supported by our community.

It's always a very welcoming and comfortable stay at bcmi dt franklin. The staff are all so polite and nice and help out as much they can to make your stay feel like a second home. :).

Stayed there fir a month for work the front desk girl joy was amazing always helpful and welcoming.
The rooms were great the cleaning staff went above and beyond in giving extra towels or coffee for the kuerig in the room.
Thanks joy for making me feel at home looking forward to seeing you again next time.

Amazing stay the staff went above and beyond from the cleaningvstaff willing to make sure you had all the amenities you needed from extra towels to coffee for the coffee machine.
The front desk staff specifically joy made sure you feel at home from giving you a warm cookie to offering advice on where to eat or visit.
Thank you for the great stay looking foreward to seeing you again
