I've seen a 1 star review and that does not make any sense to me!? This place is so well kept, front staff (Natalia), amazing woman. Very kind, respectful. I guess some people are just spiteful. I would prefer this location over the overpriced Radisson just down the road, and I've stayed at both. Thank you so much for the homey stay. It was only one night, but I slept like a baby. Very comfortable, cozy and for the price... EXCEPTIONAL! I cannot thank you enough. If I am ever back for work this will be my place of stay, as it is also close to bus 11, which takes you directly to the airport for 2$.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and assuming the worst of anyone, especially oil workers.

I was leaving a job from there to go back home after night shift (switching my sleep schedule to days to drive the next day), running on no sleep so could check-in in the afternoon, and was also sick from camp (turned out to be covid).They automatically assumed I was under the influence of something (I'm assuming was because I looked like I was dying because of the above mentioned), and threatened to call RCMP if I dared got in my car or leave. Couldn't even go out to get food or anything because I was so paranoid from their random assumption and just wanted to rest and go home.

Just because its the stigma, don't assume all trade workers are addicts; we are tired and burnt out and always sick from the stuff we are exposed to. Will never stay at this chain of hotels ever again and warned others in the field of this place as well.

Joy is a fantastic hotel attendant! Over and above in service. Pleasant stay, it suits my doggo and I very well with walk out suites. Good food at the restaurant at the location too!!

Not for families. We came down from fort chip and needed a place to stay with our baby for a few days. We booked here because it was the most affordable place we could find but there is no sound barrier. You can hear everything happening around. The neighbors were playing loud music tonight and we weren't able to put our baby to sleep. He kept waking up crying, so around 11pm-11:30pm we decided to call front desk to see if they could assist on asking the neighbors to quiet down a little. The staff told us "they have been here for months and no one has had any issues with them before" ... this was frustrating as we don't care if no one else has had issues with them before.. every client has different needs and right now WE need to put our baby to sleep.. the front desk called our room back twice (which woke our baby AGAIN) to say they tried reaching the neighbors but had no answer and that we could change room instead. We did not want to have to pack everything and our baby late at night. It was very frustrating. Finally managment came to knock on their door, the neighbors opened and they turned the music down. But before that the manager told us if the neighbors don't open the door "you WILL have to change room".

Overall I'm glad it got resolved. I just wish they would've been a little more kind and understanding and not call our room when we JUST said our baby was trying to sleep. (They had been texting us about our stay before that so why not now)

All this to say, if you have a baby or need some peace and quiet, don't book here. Other than that its a reasonable stay for the price.

Nice clean sheets, kitchenette is a major plus, service from staff is wonderful. I took off a star because the bed and pillows were lumpy this caused us to not have a good sleep.

After staying at this establishment with a kitchenette for a few a while now, every time we have work up here, I love coming to this place. The staff is great, the rooms are amazing, has some great restaurants and bars within walking distance and lots of parking for my big truck and a pick up truck (they also have lots of plug in spots!) The fact that having your own outside door is also a big plus in my eyes. People need to stay here more!
