La chambre 10/10, le service hotelier 10/10 !!!! Totalement recommandé si tu es dans cette ville. Ils ont vraiment été à mes soins du début de mon séjour jusqu'à ce que je quitte.

Great location, close to the lake. Beautiful views from the 2nd floor. Pet friendly too!😊 Tap dripping all night, broken coffee cup handles were not safe to use and wall had something like pop splashed on it. Service was great though, nice lady there but I will NOT be returning. Too expensive for what I got, even off season. Room was cramped with 2 beds and no table or chair to sit at to eat any meals. A king size bed, with a table and 2 chairs would be perfect for the space.

This place was horrible. The cleaning woman was super nice but we had a crazy woman in the room under us who was apparently a long term stay. She was singing horribly at the top of her lungs for HOURS and I had trouble explaining g the issue to the front desk because he barely understood English. They even made us move our vehicle because the woman below us claimed it as hers and insisted her daughter-in-law was about to come and needed to park there....nobody came. And the room was terrible...they looked like a "pay by the hour" kind of hotel at best. Don't waste your money here. It can definitely turn a trip to a great town into a horrible regret.

We had a blast here with family, location is what you come for. No matter how much updating they do some patrons will have different backgrounds. This is at no mistake of the motel… we had a kitchenette which worked amazing for our needs. Room has 2 tvs, a nicely updated and maintained bathroom. One set of sheets was very clean, the other had some stains when we brought it up it was changed within 5 minutes. We checked and were very pleased with the change of sheets. Communicate if theres an issue and it will be handled. The bugs outside our whole trip were insane we were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were spotless. We had all appliances look so clean and maintained, great air conditioning. I saw tons of negative reviews that read unfair. If theres an issue just bring it up and i was mostly happy that the location is perfect. You can go left or right on the beach and not get tired. We spent 2 days doing everything on sylvan lake that we could. I would come back. For improvements, bathroom items soaps and shampoo/conditioners could be improved over time if the funds were available. Other than that an amazing visit.

Manager and staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed in the family suite, our room had Air Conditioning brand new laminate flooring, everything was repainted. It was nice, clean. There were some outdated appliances, but no big deal.
Slowly renovating, but takes time.
Super convenient being right across from the lake, everything is in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

This place is pretty awesome. If your expecting a 5 star hotel ,go elsewhere however, Myself and many friends ,over the years have stayed at Beachfront resort, I have never ,ever had an issue with this hotel , had a fabulous time ,each and every time. The owners are renovating each unit and they now have air conditioning. The staff are wonderful! Location is awesome! Don't be swayed by the negative reviews, I'm a Fussy person.this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is decent as well.thank you Beachfront resort for the wonderful experience again.i will be back soon!

This property is absolutely disgusting. When we got our room we were horrified. Hair and stains on our pillow, burns on the carpet, dirty vents, floors and the hotel phone was filthy. The room stunk like sweat and dirt. This place is not hygienic to stay in. I feel like this it what prison would feel like.The floors are plywood!! They would not refund our money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Rip off. Told me I was getting a good deal when I booked it. Advertising on marketplace and Facebook a better room for $475 a week, while I’m paying $650 a week. smaller room than marketplace, advertisement, I had to go and buy my own toaster, doesn’t have a lot of necessary, kitchen supplies, does have good selection of color. Old fridge has duct tape on doors, runs all night, long, Noisy building. Room is a mess of mismatched furniture, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink on same counter, room full of spiders, and I have to raid it every night. Complained to management about room on after first night, and they would not refund me the rest of my stay, I had to pre-pay upfront for two weeks. Wasn’t told this over the phone before I got there. Still haven’t given me a copy of an invoice explaining cost. This is not a place to stay! The Raccoon Lodge 2 Doors down Way better service, and way better motel!
