My wife and I spent two rather restful nights at this hotel. It is a foregone conclusion that this hotel needs a major renovation. A special sign was put up to give customers their plans for future changes. Hence, no point in criticizing the existing facility.

The room was well appointed and clean. The sleep quality was good with comfortable mattresses. The balcony was facing the ocean front and made the evenings very relaxing and enjoyable. We had beautiful views of sunsets.

The hotel would be a recommended place to stay while in Powell River.

Marina and reservations team at this resort don't talk to each other. We reserved at the marina few weeks in advance and reserved with a credit card. We were given a slip assignment suitable for a sailing vessel. The day of arrival I emailed to notify that were were on our way and looking forward to our stay. Our slip assignment was changed to a shallow berth with difficult entry for a sailing vessel, I considered it dangerous. The next day we were informed we would have to be moved to another dock (our original reservation) however we were informed of this as the tide was coming out put us at further risk. The marina staff were clearly overwhelmed and did not have clear communications with reservations. The marina entry cards we were given did not work , the laundry facility was listed and not really working well either |We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on the property, and got some great tourism tips from the hotel reception staff. She was excellent but I did not catch her name. We were excited to spend the day looking around the area. However, when told we would have to move from one slip to the other, instead of taking the risk of re docking we decided it would be best just to leave the marina and never book with this place again

Saubere und grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf den Hafen gehabt, beim Gebäude wo das Restaurant ist. Möbel und Einrichtung schon etwas älter aber in Ordnung. Bad war auch sauber.|Bietet kein Frühstück an, kann in einem anderem Restaurant gratis eingenommen werden, Auswahl aber sehr klein.|

Very nice location. Right on the water. Good restaurant below. Short drive out of town. Hopefully they get a pool back one day. Would have been perfect with a swim.

Marina staff very helpful and efficient, fuel is cheaper than at Westview. Price per foot a little more than Westview, but it is quiet, showers don’t cost extra and facilities clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! Attached restaurant and cold beer wine store and a lovely coffee shop and market within easy walk. Will be back!

Visiting family in Powell River, 200$ per night, (plus taxes and fees)

The room beside us had no occupants, however they had an alarm set for 1am. Took us 45 to contact someone to turn it off.

They do not provide a continental breakfast. They give vouchers to Town Center Hotel morning breakfast. Staff there were rude about taking a few items to go.
Beach gardens told us we were good to take togo. As lots of people get up and go to ferries.
Would stay again. But dont count on the breakfast.
