Extremely knowledgeable, caring, sensitive staff. Dr. Kramer and her staff always care for the animal to such a huge degree of professionalism and empathy, all of my animals are extremely lucky to have them as their main care veterinarian from birth (or adoption) to death. They are all there for the good and the bad and are honest in all of their dealings. Thank you Dr. Kramer and all of your staff.

Dr.Kramer and her staff have been nothing but amazing to my fur family! They have ALWAYS put the animals first! They always go above and beyond. I got a couple rescue kitties and they’ve had nothing but health problems and Kramer and her staff were always willing to help! My roommate took her dogs here last year after getting their teeth done they cut one of her dogs tongue during surgery now she's always licking and biting her tongue on top of that they told her to feed 2 meals a day from 6am to 5 pm because apparently her dogs are over weight which their not it's the vets scales that are wrong because I bought a scale and their at the right weight they forced my roommate to buy a bag of dog food she couldn't afford they don't allow payments take your pets to arrow lake vet in Castlegar they allow payments and they don't hurt your animals and torcher them

I can not say enough about the care and staff I received for my dog in her last days. I went in on a Wednesday and on Thursday I knew she had only days. I got to the clinic on Sunday long weekend and they were there with heartfelt and sympathy. We had two children also there and were Told to take our time. When we left and the staff took over it was very comforting to knowl my Niki was taken.care of.

Taken my cats here since i was in highschool and vet has always been amazing, staff accommodating. Helped me save stray kittens, get them vaxxed and re homed. Dealt with an especially tricky case of a kitten with a respitory illness and managed to save them despite how grim things looked. Has always been an amazing vet through and through. Has also been my main vet for my adopted cats for their entire lives. As well as my parents previous cats. Always professional and very compassionate towards the animals and myself.

Dr. Kramer was my horse vet for years and now is my cat vet. She is very experienced and puts her patients first, always. The staff at the clinic are polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing service - every single time.

Turned me down while my cat was very I'll because I had not come in for two years so they dropped us as a patient. Me cat would not have survived the weekend if I had not got her somewhere else. They receptionist even hung up on my husband, and when my mother in law went out there to ask why the receptionist responded with oh it's one of you. Very rude and un professional! I had gone there for my 3 cats and both my dogs. So to tell me we are not patients because we had not gone in for two years is ridiculous.
