My son is staying in this hotel. I really want to compliment Grace, one of the front desk ladies for exceptional care and response to the residence in the hotel. She goes above and beyond.! Also I have been impressed with other front desk staff as well. The lobby, which is mostly what I have personally seen, is very inviting and spacious making it appear to be a friendly homey environment for staying guests. I really appreciate this place and the service they provide to the public.

This place isn't a hotel anymore. Its a homeless shelter. Not that Im against shelters, but I am against getting hounded for money or smokes while visiting the gaming room. Security says their hands are tied. There was up to 12 people bumming when I was there today. Lines of shopping carts in the parking lot, and people everywhere. Doesn't feel safe and looks dirty and run down. Last time for me. Absolutely brutal.

I stayed in this hotel in April of this year(2022,) and it was my first time to go here. I got lost, so the girl at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I found my way. She was so very very kind, and the service was totally perfect. At that time in April I really had no money, so I couldn't afford to pay the damage deposit, so the girl at the front desk never asked me to pay because I didn't have the money.. she was so very very kind to me and understanding of the situation I was in! What a wonderful kind person, God bless her for her kindness.. next time I need to stay in Edmonton, I am definitely planning to go here again, even if I might found a cheaper place, because of the kindness that was shown to me when I was here.. Grace was absolutely awesome. She made us feel welcome from the time I call to book the room to our check out. She has such a cheerful, helpful attitude every time we seen her. She definitely made our stay great.

Would not recommend staying here. This would be a 1 star review but the lady at the front desk for our check in was very nice and friendly. Everything else has been terrible. I stayed on the top floor in an executive room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, cold water in the sink wasn't working properly, hotel directory hasnt been updated in 8+ years, bed didn't have a proper sheet on it, and the top sheet used had purple stains on it. Trying to call the front desk from the room was futile, no one ever answered. So I walked down to the front and various floors and no staff were to be found anywhere. Had to call the hotel's mainline and they were of no help either, just told me to wait for housekeeping to come around. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly when I was able to find them, and it was significantly cheaper than any other hotels.

Never one to often post a review, but the service provided by Grace and her husband tonight is one that myself and my dog will never forget — making the 5-star google rating lack sufficiency. Verbally thanking them for it will always be an understatement, so here I am — encouraging everyone who comes across this to personally witness their service yourself. Hands down phenomenal. No questions asked.

Although we were somewhat hesitant at first due to the neighborhood, we had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The front desk lady, Grace, was extremely friendly and addressed all the issues that we had immediately. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Edmonton and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about traveling here.

Grace was absolutely amazing in accommodating me for a night where every other hotel was booked out. The cab driver mentioned the area was seedy, so it was to my surprise how upscale and well kept this venue was upon entering my room. Definitely on par with most other established names.
