I wanted to talk to you about something that's been bothering me. Lately, I've noticed that some bus drivers aren't stopping for students at the bus stop. It's really concerning because students get late for school. I think it's important that we bring this issue to the attention of the Belleville transit.

10 Number bus service is not a good way for international students because last 3-4 days I and my housemate as well as other students face problem on daily basis because female bus drivers don't pick up the international students sometimes they start arguments with us . That is why we come late in the class and professor don't allow us to enter in the class which leads to the loss of our study . We feel that it is racism.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. WHY is there a schedule if none of the drivers follow it?! I have missed the bus multiple times due to the drivers never keeping to their schedule, or they just drive right past. I have also been late to work because of the transit not being on time, or leaving way too early! I've had to walk home from work and have gotten there faster than the buses can go. This needs to be fixed! If I didnt have to use the bus, then I would completely stop using it

I am finally getting myself to learn to drive because I cannot deal with the incompetence the transit system has. The transit here is not friendly to those on the Autism Spectrum!!!! I have various recounis of delays causing panic/anxiety attacks. Today, a route was delayed for over 20 minutes. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A TRANSIT SYSTEM. I WAS OUT THERE IN THE HIGH WINDS AND COLD WAITING, THINKING I WAS GONNA DIE. I finally had enough and told the drivers to run me over to end my suffering. Driver incompetence is a huge issue as well, as I was breated by a driver for "causing a danger" when she delayed the bus in order to eat her spaghetti. She humiliated me in front of everyone on the bus because I had to run to make it to my appointment on time. On February 12, I will be making my issues known in person. I will not sugarcoat things for you. Don't get mad at me when I am extremely harsh with you for causing several panic attacks over the years.

Worst transit ever, dont waste your time go get your driver's license. Most of them are impatient and rude drivers. AND THIS HAPPEND RECENTLY . TALKING IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING

Had to take transit because parents had the vehicles and it took me 2 hours to get to a place where I can drive to in 15 minutes...would have been faster to walk. Price is ridiculously high for a town that has nothing to do in it. Far worse than both Toronto and Ottawa transit systems

You have to give it to them - It took a lot of idiots to come up with a transit system this bad - They really had to work at it to make it virtually useless. You can walk anywhere in the city faster than a bus can get you there! What a sad joke this city is!

The 10 number driver is got able to wait for 30 seconds to just getting off bus is full of passengers and people doesn’t give space to open the door but the driver can’t understand the little think they just move to next stop too bad
