U wanna talk about getting takin to the cleaners! And lied to?! Lol wow knowing that a family is on low income and disability. Knowing this ! And just lying and making everything sound wonderful! Give u a car that had multiple issues that I had to pat for out of pocket. A car that was 146,000 km and when I want to trade in with them oh if it's over 180,000 the price decrease is alot! I got the car for 32,000.00 thinking an being told I would be able to trade in for a much newer and nicer car in 6 to 9 months. The car i got a 2017 ford fiesta!! Lol Iam almost 2 years never missed a payment and iam screwed and the cars value get this on trade in with them! 5,000 ! Lol and I would have to pay 2,000 down to get another. They are absolutely crooks and all they care about is the money! You mean NOTHING to them! I called the bank and whatever they did I can't even do anything after the 2 years iether keep the car and keep paying 500.00 a month or let them take it and car go to be sold by them were ill probably get 3,000 on a car for 32,000 like this makes me so mad how u can pull this on a family with disability child and me being on disability. Like they new this and didn't care. And by them I mean Hunter And then they reply to this to say hey we would like to make this right. AGAIN another LIE!! These people only care about money. Iam PRIME example of telling my situation and to tell them this was my first time. Soon as they herd that. We'll they took full advantage

After the sale of the vehicle I was promised that the second key would be coming as well as compensation for a rust issue I did not see before the purchase as I purchased online. I kept getting messages that stated I would be receiving these things and nothing. They're refusing to make things right and just ignore the whole situation now, won't even reply to the BBB. To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement. I would not buy from this company again.
