Linens on both beds were soiled - one with black and crumbs, the other with blood.|Battery hanging out from smoke detector - not attached|Red duct tape holding the A/C together.|Flashing off the eave hanging|TV did not work as the cables were missing|Moved rooms once for clean linens, but the second room was simply not clean. Looks like cleaning foam was sprayed in the tub but never washed. Dust everywhere and a empty popcan behind the nightstand.|Should have read the reviews before we stayed - it now makes sense why the parking lot was empty.

Great welcome, Good rates, Nice room comfy beds, but limited access for those who have a walker, room smells like urine upon entry, house flies were really something to combat so you need to be fast.
Night watch is rude.

The good: The location is a plus, right beside a Boston pizza and a McDonald. Also very close to a Pizza Hut. Beds are really comfortable.
The bad and ugly. Pigeon droppings everywhere and lots of pigeons on the A.C units outside of the room. Seems like someone is feeding them and giving them water. Cleaned our room by making our bed and not changing our bedding. Fridge looks like someone took their frustration out on the fridge door. Garbage was taken out on our last day of our stay.
Stove in the kitchen works. Oven did not work. Brought it up with the staff, they claim they couldn’t fix it. T.V. Did not work as well. Brought up our dislikes to the staff, they told us “ we can leave!” Washer and dryer units are okay. Dryer gets the clothes damp instead of dry. For the price I got for this room per nights ($130) it’s not worth it
This place should be avoided if possible. I would go and far as saying they should close this hotel down!

Terrible service the owner was so rude and yelled at me. Bed sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was so dirty. House keeping walked into my room without knocking and Took some of my clothes with the dirty sheets

I looked for a room to rent and by reading the experiences from others who have stayed in this hotel I'M DEFINITELY NOT RENTING FROM THIS HOTEL, ever.

This Motel in lloyd Minister doesn't deserve a Star, but you can't comment without a Star rating. Well where do I start. Front desk gave us room 204 that the deadbolt doesn't lock from the in side, the couch only fits in the room blocking the heater. There was blood splatter on the inside of the door and up on the ceiling, and on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom door and frame had blood and fingerprints. The fingerprints look like they were dusted by the Police. There was no cover on the lighting fixtures. In a dresser was all the broken lighting covers. The lighting fixture beside the bed was broken and dangling down. The room door wall was all cracked-up and looked like it was pushed out from the in side. We went back to the front desk and said we're not staying here. He had to go check the room for damages before he could give are money back. He came back saying everything looks good. We laughed, got are money back and ran, never to return.

I stayed for 2 nights with my 2 dogs and although the furniture is dated, the room was clean and very spacious. The lady at reception was very friendly and didn't even charge me for my dogs. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this is it! The location right next to B.P. was a bonus
