My staff and I were attending a dedication ceremony in Three hills so we had about 8 rooms. This is a great hotel with good value. I’ve stayed here many times. ||I’m always surprised (but shouldn’t be) at how friendly the staff are. They really do care that you have a great stay.||I’m not typically a fan of hotel provided breakfasts as they are usually not very good. The breakfast here is the exception, it is good. Selection of eggs, bacon, fresh toast, waffle maker, fresh fruit, cereal etc. And the staff are very attentive to keeping everything refilled and fresh.

I was very very happy with my stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had so many great options from the amazing quality food to fresh juice and coffee, best I’ve ever had to say the least!! Amazing location and building for the small town of three hills, will definitely be staying here again.

Though I have been scaling down the need to travel for my work, I have again recently stayed at Best Western during my vacation. I must say, I am more than satisfied with Best Western. The room is spotlessly clean, and the staff are courteous and responsive. Best of all, it is one hotel where you would be satisfied with value for money. The hotel includes a plentiful breakfast selection. It is convenient for someone like me; grab a quick bite, and off we go is perfect. I would always check out the Best Western for my travel accommodations.

I'm in hotels about 6 months out of the year for work and this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at whenever I'm working in the area. The front desk staff is great... they're very helpful, they're all very polite and they are all just the most wonderful people. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are very nice, the beds are very comfortable, even the pillows are great and not overstuffed like they usually are in other hotels. The free breakfast is your standard free breakfast but it's always good. I have no complaints about this hotel, it's always a pleasure to stay here.

My husband is a Diamnond select reward member. Stayed at Best Western for several years when he travels for work. Has spent a lot of money over the years. Booked a room in 3 hills using the app like he always does. Got confirmation booking. Gets there, and the lady tells him the computer messed up and he doesn't actually have a room and they are sold out... but not to worry, he won't get charged for the night!!!!
Thanks for giving my room away to someone else. BIG MISTAKE! I will be looking for another hotel to give my bookings to. Maybe the staff should be better trained. I don't think it's that hard of a job. Do better!!!

Rooms were very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and nice to see that the hotel still offers breakfast included in the price, instead of only concentrating on the bottom line like most other hotels. Three Hills is a very nice little town.
