The hotel's location and service are excellent, and having a Boston Pizza right next door is incredibly convenient, especially when you're trying to find a restaurant in the dark.

The room was well-appointed; however, my ground-floor room right off the main lobby was unfortunately not soundproof. I could hear everything—people arriving, doors banging and water flushing through pipes. The most challenging part was calling the front desk between 10-10:35 pm to address the noise from above. It sounded like a herd of elephants in the room. After a couple of complaints, someone upstairs did a loud stomp at 11:05 pm, waking me up and continuing to do so until 11:35 pm. I was looking at my watch, so I know the specific times.

The heating unit kept going off and on, which was loud and rattling. At 4:30 am, someone started their truck right outside my bedroom window. There’s even a notice on the desk about carbon monoxide poisoning and what to do should you feel any symptoms. It's concerning that trucks are allowed to idle right outside the room window.

As for the breakfast buffet, the presentation looked good, but the hash browns were either overcooked or leftover from the day before. The egg dish selections were definitely not real—rubbery and tasteless. The bacon was cold as ice, and I didn't try the sausages. The pastries were dry and heavy. Even the coffee maker wasn't working properly, as I heard the staff mention that someone didn't put the spout down, so it was all water and no coffee.

On the positive side, after I complained about the room, I received a $40 discount off my room rate. The agent at the desk did her best, but unfortunately, you can't fix ignorant guests. I discovered that a couple of hockey teams were staying in the building.

My advice: If you need to stay here, get a room on the higher floors, bring earplugs, and find a restaurant in the morning.

Our hockey team came here for a tournament this past weekend. Arty at the front desk made the check in run very smoothly. Cheryl made sure the boys had enough breakfast before their games started and the staff at the adjoining Boston Pizza had our meals ready at the specific time we requested.|As for the rooms, we had 15 rooms booked. All the rooms were clean and very comfortable.|The pool was being renovated during our stay.

This was by far the best and least expensive hotel we stayed in. The rooms are spotless and correctly made for efficiency. At breakfast, instead of the usual help yourself style, we had our breakfast made to order. The staff were super friendly and were always asking if everything was alright. We stayed here before and were just as pleased we chose to stay here both times.

The breakfast buffet or made to order options alone are worth the stay. Najma loves to cook and you can taste the love she puts into her food, Najma's breakfast is better than any restaurant I have ever eaten at, she is a joy to be around and makes your mornings brighter with her smile and attitude. The amazing customer care, polite personality and professional experience I was blessed to be given by Arti at the front desk is hands down the best front desk interaction I have ever had at a hotel anywhere. Najma and Arti made my own personal extended stays and the continued stays of all the other employees of our company a pleasure whenever they were on shift.

The front desk was polite and courteous. Front lobby was clean. |When we walked into our room my nephew who’s 7 started screaming as we came up to the bed. A Brad nail had gone through his shoe into his foot. When I asked for salt, a bandage, and polysporin or iodine. I was brought a cup of table salt which is fine. An arm sling, a large gauze pad, an eye patch, a tensor bandage and some other random emergency supplies that made zero sense. There was one large bandaid that I used to cover the small puncture wound but no antibacterial cream. We received a $35 refund on the room. |Breakfast was a bleak affair. The eggs were burnt black underneath, the sausages were microwaved I’m sure as well as the bacon. There was a tinny little room next to it with a lady who would make you an omelette but I passed on the offer. |The pool advertised was closed with all the windows around it covered in newspaper so you couldn’t look in. When speaking with locals they say the pool had been shut down at least 2 years. Sadly the price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the lack of amenities coming in at a whopping $240 a night.

Stuck in a snowstorm, and had to stay here to wait out the weather. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and overall it was a great stay.

The staff takes pride in their work and are genuinely warm and welcoming. They made REAL eggs for breakfast. There’s a 24-hour juice bar! We didn’t use it but if we needed juice after hours, it would be really nice to be able to have it without paying more.

My wife and I booked into a king suite yesterday. The unit was very spacious, nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best we have experienced, and the service was outstanding. We had a problem with the pre-booking reservation, but Arti, the front desk manager resolved the matter promptly to our complete satisfaction. Sayaka was most accommodating in meeting our breakfast needs. She and Arti both went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable.

The attached BOSTON PIZZA was huge, with a wide menu selection, good food and excellent service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this BEST Western and would highly recommend it if you are looking for comfort, quality service, and excellent value
