A priori cet hôtel n'attire pas l'attention par sa façade grise mais en entrant la réception est agréable.|Le personnel est avenant et professionnel en deux, trois mouvements, il trouve votre réservation et vous donne votre clé.|Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées, l'accès y est facil. La piscine est belle et agréable pour vos enfants.|Un petit hic pour ceux qui voyagent avec leurs animaux domestiques, aucune bienvenue pour eux.|

Très bel accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique. Ils ont même offert une surprise à notre chien, des biscuits et un bol!!! Superbe chambre. Lits très confortables. Spa, glissade et piscine, woww!!

We’ve stayed at this location before and it was fine. However, we had a terrible experience when we stayed last week. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room when we first checked in, but thought it just needed to be aired out, so we turned on the AC, opened a window, and went out for the evening. When we crawled into bed, we noticed a strong urine smell. Sure enough, the corner of the sheets smelled strongly of urine. We tried to call down to the desk, but the phone didn’t work. My husband went down, got a little apology and was handed a clean bottom sheet. He had to ask for the rest of the sheets (the top sheet and fleece blanket). We changed the bed ourselves (I know- everyone is short staffed) and went to bed as it was late and our daughter was already half asleep. Then, in the morning, the shower was barely warm even though it was cranked to hot. We mentioned the problem with the linens in the morning again and simply got an apology. No offer of compensation or refund. Heck, even a complimentary water bottle would have gone a long way. Not our best hotel experience to say the least. On the bright side, the breakfast was great.

Very good experience for the most part. Nice rooms with all the amenities plus a hot tub in our 1 BR suite. Nice breakfast buffet. Really nice latte/ capafrapacino machine in the lobby. Used it every day. Friendly helpful front desk.plenty of parking. The only disappointment was the temperature of the pool area and the pool water. Noone could figure out how to turn up the temperature. But you can warm up in the hotub and sauna and the little one had fun on the slide even tho her lips were turning blue .
