Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans cet hotel. Très bien situé et avec une vue à couper le soufle. Un des endroits de notre voyage, road trip, de 33 jours. Nous avons eu une suite avec un lit super confortable et climatisation qui fonctionnait vraiment bien. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait.

Un accueil vraiment chaleureux de la réceptionniste qui a accepté sans aucun problème de nous enregistrer à 13 H 30 alors que le check in débute à 15 H (quel contraste avec le BW d'Abbotsford).||Chambre très claire et spacieuse.||Restaurants et magasins à proximité.||Petit déjeuner copieux.||En résumé un excellent hôtel sur la route des parcs de Banff et Jasper.||Nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Un peu loin du centre, ce motel n'offre pas de bar, ni de restaurant. Avons donc opté pour un repas en chambre après visite au supermarché. Rien de spécial à signaler ni en bien, ni en mal. C'est juste un motel standard.

A buddy and I stayed here as part of our golf vacation. Our stay could not have been better. Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly and felt right at home. Breakfast was great all 3 mornings. The lady who works in the breakfast room kept all the food stocked and hot and kept the room spotless. Free EV charging (level 2) with Tesla destination 9KW charger was a huge bonus.
Thanks for the great stay. We will be booking again for our next trip.

Only positive vibes and experience here! Being welcomed with smiles and a warm conversation was the first indication that this was going to be a great stay! As always, I care most about my hotels alas long as they are pet-friendly, and this one was!! They have a baggie of treats and waste bags, which was incredibly thoughtful!

The entire hotel was kept clean as if it had just opened. The double queen room was very spacious, and I loved how the bathroom had heated floors. Everything about this stay made me hope to one day visit again!

Brown sheet had dog piss on it.
TV has unknown child or stupid shows. NO CABLE. I ended up watching HARD CORE PAWN STAR every night. You get one soap for 2 nights. I had to go buy one.The rooms smells. No sugar for unknown coffee.The bathtub looks old n patches on the corners.No near by restaurants.Breakfast was absolutely disgusting,get better food at any foodbanks.
Washer is so TINY ..the laundry l had ended up being 4 loads cause it's that tiny.
To charge my cell it's not up to date.
They even have walk plugs for when they had landlines.
Best things is the pool n the cappuccino machine in the lobby.
BEST TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.
IF YOU LIKE SMELLY ROOM, DOG PISS & FOOD BANK FOOD...this is your place.

Good hotel in a great location just of the freeware or Highway One. Earls restaurant a short walk up the hill and the food was excellent. Lots of fast food and shops in the vacinity. Rooms were well appointed and spotless. Free breakfast was the usual american free breakfast for these type of hotels.

We were upgraded at no charge to an amazing room with a spectacular view of the Kamloops Valley. |The fitness room, pool and hot tub were second to none.|The free breakfast had the most amazing selection of food and beverages and was open and available at 6:30 AM.|Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
