Cet hôtel est très bien situé, près de l'autoroute. Neuf avec lit vraiment confortable et climatisation qui fonctionnait très bien. Belle grande chambre. Très bon service. Bon petit-déjeuner. Nouvelle section de la ville avec resto et station service aux alentours.

De passage, une nuit. Hotel neuf, chambre grande et propre. Lit confortable. Dejeuner inclus de bonne heure. Situe le long de la trans-canadienne, voisin de l'info touristique. Tranquille. Piscine ferme a ce moment. Conforme a la qualite Best Western habituelle.

Très bien le petit déjeuner excellent

Accessible room used. Bed was too high for our patient lift to transfer husband easily and safely. As well, because bed is on a solid platform, the lift could not slide underneath close enough to make a safe transfer. If no lift is needed, the rest of the room was great, bed very comfy although high, RIS good.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had stayed the week before (July 19 & 20) and the manager( sorry forgot his name) was able to fix our reservation so we didn't have to move rooms as we were only able to book different rooms for the 2 nights. It was a little loud during the day as we were on the 1st floor by the pool so everyone had to pass our room & there were several kids there for a tournament but quieted done in the evening. I mentioned the noise to the front desk attendant Dumnoi & and was told by the kids would be leaving the next morning & it would be much quieter and it definitely was. When we arrived the second time( July 27) Dumnoi remembered us & told us they gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor.|The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was small but we just took it back to our room. There is a specialty coffees machine in the lobby that is free for guest.|We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and we stay there again

The hotel was very clean and the room seemed larger than most hotel rooms. The bathroom was large with lots of counter space. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we asked for two extra bath towels and face cloths that were brought to our room right away. The breakfast was really good. There were lots of options of both cold and hot items. We only gave it 4 out of 5 on location because we were on the back side of the hotel and could hear traffic from the highway through the night.

Our family travelled for a celebration of life. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are beautiful, gym was okay, breakfast was tough especially on the weekend to get a seat to eat. I appreciated that they had some vegan options. (Oatmeal, plant based option for milk, fresh fruit.) The pool was great. Just wish they would actually implement that the last hour is no kids. (As the sign on the door says.)
