We stayed for 1 night. The hotel was very clean and new, the rooms were spacious and clean. If you are bothered by road noise though don’t stay on the side by the highway I found it quite loud. My kids loved the pool although it is quite small and once a few kids were in it it was a little tight, hot tub was large and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, waffles, eggs, farmers sausage, hashbrowns as well as bread, bagels and yogurt. We appreciated the access to coffee at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a Boston Pizza across the parking lot which was helpful for my kids. It was a little bit more expensive than I would typically like but we experienced no problems and would stay again.

Amazing stay! The breakfast was by far the best, they had everything. My favorite hotel chain for breakfast by far! The only complaint I have but anything at all is that the jets in the hot tub aren't very powerful but they are having it looked at. Excellent customer service.

Enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Overall nice atmosphere. Snacks available at front desk for purchase. Continental breakfast was great too. Plenty of parking. Totally recommend!

Upon booking our stay we told the hotel we were paying for our stay by debit. They agreed, we arrived on Monday and we're told their debit machine wasn't working. We had a two night stay and agreed to pay upon leaving. Instead of honoring our request they took it upon themselves to charge our stay to our credit card. We are very upset that the man at the front desk acted as though is was no big deal. Claiming there were no notes on the system telling him nothing. Apparently communication is a problem with this hotel. We had made it very clear for them to understand what we requested and expected them to keep their end of the agreement. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very grumpy front desk clerk. We can understand people may have a rough day, but as a public servant you need to let those moments go and be ready to greet everyone with a smile and not a snappy short attitude. The following morning after our first night we were greeted by a smiling front desk clerk that was pleasant to talk with and made the start of our day pleasant. Thank you! The room was clean with the exception of some stains on the carpet. Thank you to the staff that made our beds ready for good night snuggles the second night, it was much appreciated! 😀 The breakfast had a nice selection of buffet hot and cold food with fresh fruit to choose from. Thank you to the sweet person who was there early to have it prepped for the guests. Our youngest one enjoyed the swimming pool and overall this is a very nice hotel, minus a few hiccups.

We come here 1-2 times a year and always have great service. We are always a little bit early getting here after a 8-10 road trip and they have always let us is a little before check in time. Not this year. We tried to check in and after telling us that our room was ready they said $20 and we can let you in. Seems like they are trying to nickel and dime us. They sat there and watched us sit here for over an hour instead of just letting us in our room. Not happy. Questioning not coming back here next year.

Brand new, clean, well staffed with kind and helpful people. |The breakfast options were decent, despite the missing lettuce and tomato station. |Excellent amenities. The pool, water slide, spa and gym were all on-point.|We were quite impressed! The price was what you would expect, but the overall value left us feeling like we got the deal we were looking for. |If you're looking for a home away from home, this one is it!

While the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are clean be warned about 'hockey weekends' as we're described to us by the hotel. They will be up and down the hallways screaming, slamming doors, and being a general nuisance. Then when you try to say something to the front desk they will essentially say "too bad". You will matter less than the hockey players. We were up until after 11pm with screaming and yelling. Such a terrible experience.
