The staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. Krina and the other staff made the breakfast feel like we were dining out every morning. The food was delicious and fresh. The rooms and common areas were kept exceptionally clean. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The staff made this stay top-notch.

BW+ PG is a very nice hotel offering a variety of fresh foods for those with dietary restrictions. Staff can be very welcoming and helpful. Their fitness centre is great, it’s always kept clean, has good machines and space for yoga/stretching. The pool, slide and hot tub are looked after really well. We stay in PG a lot and most times we stay here. They have a good membership program.

We stopped here twice - once going to and once coming back from points farther west. Quick in was quick and efficient with a smile. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was well monitored by the attendants, coffee was good. Check-out was quick and easy with emailed invoice. Location is very convenient for coming in off the #16 highway but it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and other services.

I recently stayed here while driving to southern BC, it was the nicest by far of 4 Best Westerns I stayed in. I had one of the corner rooms, it had a nice balcony, the bed was comfortable, it was impeccably clean, enjoyed it had a full-size refrigerator so I could freeze ice for my trip, the shower and rest room was laid out well and had great water pressure. All total, nothing I would change as a traveler passing thru, it is rare that I want to stay more nights in a hotel, but I would definitely have liked to stay here longer and looking forward to a return trip! Only negative but was not a big issue for me is there are no places to eat next to it but had multiple outstanding options 2-5 km away. If you are looking for a place in Prince George to stay, do yourself a favor, don't overthink it, just stay here and enjoy!

I've always enjoyed staying at a Best Western Plus. They are consistently good places to stay. This one is no exception. Good room size, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Enough pillow options to find one that works! The free breakfast in the morning is usually very good with a variety of choices. Also my very favourite thing about this chain of hotels is the lovely coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. It makes the best hot chocolate and I always make sure to get one! My only caution with this hotel is to ask for rooms not numbered 101 to 103 ish... These rooms are outside of the electrical room, the staff laundry room, the employee break room and if you are a light sleeper as I am, you won't get much sleep! In that vein I would also avoid rooms next to the pool.

Nice pool with a waterslide. Hot tub as well.

The front desk agents were super friendly, easy-going, and kind when we checked in today at 5 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2025. We came to our room and it was immaculately clean! We then went to the pool and hot tub! Our towels are clean, and our bathroom is super clean. Cleanliness is so important to us 🥰 So, I appreciate the work that goes into having such clean and tidy blankets, washrooms, and rooms! We will definitely be back!

Well we have stayed here several times with no issue. Not sure where the parents are in this but it was brutal staying over this weekend. The kids were running up and down the stairs and creating a significant issue. The front desk was called four times with no resolve. I don't blame the hotel, I blame the parents. I understand having all of the teams in the hotel is great revenue for the hotel but when you spend $800 in a weekend you expect better. Its 9:52pm when we wrote this. You my might want to look elsewhere
