We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Red Deer with our soccer team, and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a welcoming environment after a busy day. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made things easy for our group.

The continental breakfast was a highlight – it had everything we needed to start the day off right. From a variety of options to healthy choices, it was well-organized and perfect for our team’s needs. Plus, the coffee machine was fantastic! It quickly became a favorite for the whole group, offering great coffee to fuel us throughout the mornings.

Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for our team’s stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient, comfortable spot in Red Deer.

I’m not sure I have enjoyed a stay in a hotel this much. The service here was absolutely phenomenal. The housekeeping staff were truly beyond the best. The welcome we got when arriving and checking in was delightful and I have nothing bad to say whatsoever. Will definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommend.

My family stayed 2 nights here all the way from Calgary to celebrate Christmas. However, we weren’t satisfied by the room and staff. First of all, one of the beds and pillows had this dry, red stain which made me feel disgusted sleeping on that bed. Secondly, they set up a schedule on what to eat for breakfast on certain days. We were VERY disappointed of our last day of stay because the staff that worked in the kitchen didn’t cook breakfast on Christmas day. The kids were looking forward to eat a delicious breakfast but were only left disappointed by the lazy staff. We regretted spending our Christmas in this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, pleasant hotel. The beds were comfortable - might be a bit soft if you prefer firm. The bathroom small but well supplied with necessities. Some sound transmission from floor above but not overtly so. While we did not make use of dining room this stay, variety of breakfast offered each day. Definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

My husband and I enjoyed this short road trip from Edmonton to Red Deer and were able to relax in the hot tub which we had to ourselves the whole evening. We also tried our luck at the nearby Casino, but that was definitely a downer. We also explored the downtown area, and found an interesting thrift store where we made a couple of purchases.

We really enjoyed our family stay. The staff were lovely and friendly. Room was very clean and the breakfast had lots of great options for kids too. Wasn’t noisy at night and a convenient location with lots of amenities nearby. Affordable rate too!

Great stay with our pets this week. It’s so nice to be able to stay somewhere with green space to walk them. We will be back for sure!
The bed was super comfortable, it was nice to have the couch area and 2 TVs, and the A/C was so cold which we loved. The front desk ladies were very nice and everything was as expected for the price. We didn’t try the breakfast included, but we will next time.
