Les fenêtres son plein de champignons les chambres son très humide j'ai vue aussi qu'il avais de la moisissures dans la salle de bain le service était super je vais lui repensé 2 fois avant de retourner dans une chambre remplie de champignons. J'ai ajouté des photos de la moisissures mais on les voie pas pour qu'elle raison?

Super nice renovated rooms with super soft sheets and comfy beds. I appreciated the carpet-free rooms. The coffee machine downstairs was a nice bonus too. Great location. The only thing I might suggest is that there is not many places to hang your towels in the suite.

We had a wonderful experience here! Everything was clean and new, the room was bigger than expected, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the free latte machine in the lobby, and getting to watch our favourite show using the streaming apps on our room’s TV. The pool and hot tub were open till midnight so we were even able to go for a relaxing late night swim. Overall great stay.

We Stayed here for couple of days and rooms were clean . We missed two of our little girl’s snow pants in the room during checkout and later went back after few hours to see if someone can help get them. The receptionist mentioned that the rooms were already cleaned and nothing was reported . I do understand that it is not on the hotel if something was missed post checkout, but the response from the hotel was so absurd. They took no effort and I am completely disappointed the way they responded. We are 100% sure that we left in the room .

This hotel is clean, quiet (even on a full night) and very cozy. The beds are comfy and the room was spacious and clean. We checked in very late and Avnita at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. She made a late night much more relaxing.

Recieved Bed bug bites!! We checked in on Sunday, January 5th. 2025. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. When we got in the room I noticed that there were several hairs in the bed between the sheets. I asked the front for fresh sheets, they brought some to our room. She did offer to switch us rooms ,but I told her that I was fine with just changing the sheets myself.

This is probably a minor detail for folks but I really didn't like the room decor, it was very busy. I think they were going for an abstract urban street art vibe? I didn't like it anyway. It wasn't relaxing.........

The Pros - to this hotel is that it is at a good location only being about a 5 minute drive to the West Edmonton Mall, the pool is open till midnight, but when I went to check the hot tub it was luke warm, so I didn't bother having a soak. The staff is also pretty friendly and they have continental breakfast.

The cons - I woke up the next morning with what looked like two big bed bug bites on my right leg!! I told the front desk at check out and all she was able to offer was $20 dollars off my bill, and she said she would look into it! I definitely won't go back to this location.

Not the best place to stay if you’re a light sleeper like me. The hard flooring makes the sound amplify if there are guests above you. We had complained to the front desk about this because the people above were stomping on the floors late at night making it hard to sleep. They were good about it and moved us to a different floor for the night.

We also had to ask housekeeping to replace the shower curtain in the bathroom because it stunk like cigarette smoke and the towels were like rags.

All in all I would not return here again. There are plenty of other hotels I would go to before this one.

The coffee machine is the only thing they have going for them.
