Les hôtels Best Western sont toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes et le BW Premier de Leduc fait grand honneur à la réputation de cette chaîne. Le personnel y est particulièrement aimable et chaleureux et assure un service de grande qualité. Si l'occasion se présente de nouveau, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

J'ai resté à cet hôtel au 12 juin 2010. La chambre a deux lits doubles, le petit-déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre. L'hôtel est situé proche de l'aéroport international de Edmonton, un service de navette est offert entre les deux points gratuitement. Des restaurants sont situés proche de l'hôtel.

Propreté des lieux. Excellent service à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Professionnalisme du personnel de l'hôtel. Inscription à l'arrivée fut faite par une préposée qui connaissait bien son travail et avec une grande gentillesse..

This hotel is excellent, both in quality and price. Having a restaurant and lounge on site was wonderful after a long day of travel in cold weather. We didn’t have to go out again to enjoy great food and drink ! Staff were so friendly and accommodating , rooms clean and upgraded and halls quiet in the night. Truly one of the finest we have stayed in! Strongly recommend.

We felt like guests in their home! From the moment we called the hotel to arrange for a shuttle pick up to the moment we checked out of the hotel property we were made to feel like family. Dailany, who checked us in was our first introduction to what we could expect while staying at the property. We were welcomed with a smile, thanked for being an Elite member, welcomed as our first time staying with them and you could tell that she was being genuine in her conversation with us. In fact Dailany, Hazel & Brahm all were the same in every interaction, not only with us but with other guests as well. One of the cool features that this hotel uses is text messaging with their guests. The first one is checking in with you shortly after you check in to ensure that you are satisfied with your room giving you the opportunity to raise any concerns immediately with the staff if necessary and allowing them the opportunity to Wow you with how they deal with the situation. Do you need extra amenities, a wake up call, arrange for a shuttle back to the airport? All of these things can be done via text. If you don’t like to text that is okay too as you can always reach the front desk via your in room phone. As a person who travels a lot for work and leisure, I have stayed at many different properties and with many different chains and I have to say that honestly, the service that we received from the staff at this hotel is something that every hotel should strive to provide to their guests. ||If you are looking to shop, this is a great location with Costco and multiple malls including the discount outlet near by. You can ship your purchases home with the Cargo services that are only 10 minutes away and there is ample dining options within walking distance of the property. There is also a liquor store only 2 blocks away from the hotel as well. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, great for going on a walk and welcoming. We look forward to our next visit to Edmonton and seeing all these wonderful people at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn and Suites.

Amazing room; loved the jacuzzi and the bed was soo comfortable!! Loved how the tv pulled out from the wall and that it had a bunch of streaming services!! My partner and I had a wonderful experience. Very neat and clean and the room had blackout curtains which was much appreciated!

Room was amazing, very lovely visually and staff were amazing, however the food at Johnathans, is not great. My dad got the sourdough melt but the bread was almost like wonder bread. I got the smash burger, but they were the exact same burger patties that was on the sourdough melt. I was gnawing through like 2 inches of meat because it was so dry especially with the pot roast on top. I would certainly stay at this hotel again, however I’ll go elsewhere for food.
