Vraiement une chambre incroyable. Tellement beau

This hotel is lovely, beautiful decorated, baby grand hotel in the lobby, excellent assortment of room styles, pool, steam room, excellent parking, cute on site restaurant, majority great staff. However lately if you are a Diamon Elite Member they classify you as ‘everyone else’ with no appreciation for your loyalty. Couldn’t even be granted a 1 hour late check out, as I was told by front desk ‘ if everyone asked for a late check out, housekeeping would never get anything done.’ I’ve stayed 22 nights this year with another 14 booked coming up, don’t feel appreciated - at least I get great points. Otherwise rest of staff are caring and friendly. Just be aware it’s a very hotel especially on weekends full of youth sport teams.

Spent the night after picking up our son at the Lloydminster hospital heading north home. Such great value for really nice comfortable rooms and an AMAZING breakfast. In the breakfast room, Kim never disappoints and never lets her guests run out of coffee or food. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

Great location and a good-value stay. Welcoming staff on check in.|Rooms were very large, functional and well-equipped.|Refreshing visit to the pool which has a good slide, shame that the steam room wasn't operational.|Breakfast was poor so we only had it once and went to some of the many local alternatives.|A little disconcerting to have smokers right outside the entrance when returning in the evening, didn't need an involuntary inhalation every evening .

Room was spacious and very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, couldn't ask for more in the suite. Bathroom was roomy enough everything worked perfectly. Not sure how old the hotel is but even from entering the lobby it all feels new.

Warm friendly staff. The room was quiet even though it was beside the elevator. Convenient location. Continental breakfast was great. Fresh. Good selection. Attentive staff.

First time here. Had an issue with our room due to smell. Tech found the A/C had a compressor issue. Moved us right away to a beautiful room, no problem. Will recommend and stay here every time we come to Stony! ? Extremely friendly and polite staff!

Do not get rooms blocked here if you are planning a wedding or any type of event which requires it. I have wedding guests booking with different hotels because there is a woman employee who is telling them the block is fully booked when we called in the evening and told by a man employee there are 35 rooms available still. I’ve reached out and left a message to the person who deals with wedding blocks. Did not receive a call back or voicemail. We’ve called to try and book a room and the lady who doesn’t know what she’s doing says she can’t book because the rooms are blocked. We told her ( so did the man who we talked to) that they are blocked for guests and there’s still availability but she still doesn’t know what she’s doing. This problem hasn’t been fixed and we’ve had to tell guests to book after 5 pm so the other employee who knows how is working and people are able to book. We’re extremely disappointed with the lack of training/knowledge with this simple of task. We now have guests booking the closest hotel and walking to catch the shuttle that will be taking guests to the venue.
