I used Bestway for an African Safari trip and was amazed at how smooth it went. Someone was with us all the time as soon as we landed in airports. They knew exactly where to go, and got us there fast.
Our safari guys was very knowledgeable and when he knew, we only had two days in a certain location, he went above and beyond showing us as much as possible.
The trip went so smoothly due to all of the guys being there to help us at every step. It’s a trip we would not have wanted to plan or do without their help. I would use them again in a second.

Searching for interesting trips two years ago we found Bestway's 'Heritage of Bulgaria & Romania' tour. We took the tour, with a Moldova add-on, and had a great trip. This year's 26 day Balkan Mosaic Tour was booked because we liked the itinerary and we had such a great experience on the first tour. The Balkan tour covered eight countries, all but one (Albania) came out of the breakup of Yugoslavia; we visited 14 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and many other equally impressive sites. Hotels booked by Bestway were excellent. Our tour was a small group driving tour, covering about 3500km in a vehicle driven by Zoran, the best Driver-Guide we have travelled with.

Last week we returned from a nine-day tour of Egypt, organized by Bestway. Of course the sights were amazing. Furthermore, we could focus on them because ALL logistics were smoothly handled by our tour guides. Egypt impressed as a county very rich in history, but not so easy to navigate as a tourist. Fortunately, we were completely taken care of by Bestway and their local partners.

We took the tour Kenya and Tanzania with Victoria Falls in November, 2018. Bestway took such good care of us from initial inquiries through booking, organizing the tour and now tidying up after the trip. And it was truly A Trip of a Lifetime! We enjoyed so much wildlife up close and personal, landscape panoramas that were gorgeous and cultural opportunities as well. Accommodations were top notch and we enjoyed an amazing guide. We took a culinary tour of South India with Bestway recently and it was a trip of a lifetime. We had a phenomenal guide and chef leading the tour who took us to non-touristy places where we experienced the wonderful warmth of the Indian people. Our travel arrangements and accommodations were also excellent. We would definitely take another Bestway tour.

Dan and I are a week back from our spectacular India odyssey. I won’t say experience because the word is so incomplete given all the sights, sounds,smells,food etc that can only be “felt” by such a trip.
The itinerary that Dan put together with your assistance was practically flawless. We had such a great time with all of the guides and drivers and Ajay and Ramesh(driver). The accommodations and food were absolutely first rate to the point where I felt we could have been part of the 19th century British aristocracy given our treatment.

The only hotel that was subpar was the Holiday Inn at the Delhi airport. There was a putrid odor almost like sewer gas or suphur oxide that permeated the entire hotel. It bothered Dan more than I but it was something to consider in booking future guests.

From Delhi, Varnassi to the tea plantations in Munnar, it was a once in a lifetime experience for both of us. I even managed to insert myself into a local boys cricket game as we were walking down one of the streets and came across the game being played in an empty lot. Dan documented the second pitch from the bowler and I launched up against a center field building. At that point I turned around looking for a signing bonus as the boys were amazed and so, so. friendly.

I could go on and on but suffice to say that Bestway went beyond the call and I would recommend it to any of my traveler friends.

We had so much fun on our adventure - Kenya/Tanzania 2-week safari with Victoria Falls. I had originally scheduled this tour for me and my two daughters in late 2019 for summery 2020. But because of COVID, it was pushed back two years. During that whole period of scheduling, planning, waiting, etc. our agent Mahmood was friendly and responsive. At no point did he disappear or trail off and not be there to answer questions. It was a pleasure working with him. He was very professional. I was impressed by his diligence. All of the bookings and reservations that involved numerous vendors over this two week period went smoothly. We had a different driver for each country who was knowledgeable and helpful in our safari experience. We saw the big 5, big 9, big uglies and so much more. Thousand of hippos, hundreds of lions, black and white rhinos, cheetahs, leopards, and just so much more. Amazing views of elephants - up close. The kids and I loved the wildlife and unpredictable nature of it all. Most of the lodgings we stayed were unique and adventurous and right in the middle of the safari activities. The one that stands out the most is the Ngorogoro crater lodge - simply stunning. I would definitely recommend Mahmood and Bestway Tours & Safaris.
