Hello to the female bus driver of bus no. 411 for downtown McEwan april 16,2025 around 7:38 or 7:40 am, who appeared to be of Indian descent. I perceived her behavior as racist. While I was choking, she looked at me and seemed to think I had a cough or something, displaying a disgusted expression. It seemed she was unaware of my situation. In my opinion, if she has issues working with the public, being a bus driver may not be the best fit for her. In contrast, I had a positive interaction with another female driver, who was white and very kind to me. However, the Indian female driver was rude. She instructed me to move to the back of the bus while allowing another individual of Indian descent to remain in the front, without comment. I suggest that if she is unhappy with her job, she consider finding alternative employment. This was the worst experience I have had.

Absolute hell when the bus is late during the winter. It’s almost expected to wait in the freezing cold for 10 minutes AND be late to transfer at the terminal. Honestly, it’s really disappointing, please do better.

Sometimes bus is too late and sometimes passed away early. The biggest mistake by the drivers is that when they see another bus is arrived on the transit terminal they never wait for the travellers who are getting off from another bus at least they should understand that some people may want to go on their bus. It’s common sense.

Well planned and well maintained bus terminal. Easy to access and transit information is easily available. Lot of space to sit. Vending machines, ATM, coin change machine, washrooms are also in the premises. It's not open at later hours at night, even though busses are still running. That's my one complaint. Otherwise it's pretty nice. Has some interesting art installations too.

Why is the driver of #411 having fun and enjoying the fact that he is late? does he need some medication? is he doing that on purpose?

Please reduce the heat on the double decker busses. Somehow they are up to 30 degrees while everyone is wearing winter coats.

The 411 is always late by 7-9 min causing me to miss my lrt home and wait 30 min for the next lrt. Bus drivers need to start having accountability for being late. It's not fair to make everyone else late because they would rather talk to their bus buddy, then leave on time. The bus system used to be good but now it's only tailored to people that work a 9-5 job. Why do you stop running buses at 645 pm. I have a friend who attends night classes at U of A and the last bus leave at 645 pm and that's it. If he wants to go home at 9pm he has to travel all the way downtown just to catch the 411 that only comes once an hour. Sherwood park should run public transit till at least 9pm l, then switch over to on demand bus.

1. Signs in the parking area are too small to read.
2. Parking lot desperately needs speed bumps. Not uncommon to see vehicles doing 50km/hr IN THE PARKING LOT
