Première expérience dans un B&B. Nous avons Adoré l'endroit. Direct sur le bord de la rivière St-Johns. Une vue magnifique! Les proprios sont Ukrainiens. Service parfait, propreté impeccable et déjeuner 5 étoiles. À ce prix au Québec on a un motel sur le bord de l'autoroute 15.

Cet emplacement est exceptionnel avec un quai devant nous sommes aller au lac par la petite randonnée au bord de l’eau voir la plus grosse hache big axe endroit de rêve

Friendly, interesting hosts from Ukraine , super walking along the river. Good breakfast. Good bed. Good food next door.||I think this was a quintessential b and b that I have wanted to return to. (We were there actually in a September but I wrote that part in error on this review).

The B&B was on a very quiet road; has a beautiful view of the River across the street. Stayed in the Maple Room. It has three rooms - Bedroom, Jacuzzi and front sunroom that overlooks the River. It was a very relaxing room and was very clean. The property itself is very well maintained with sitting areas and pretty flowers to enjoy. Across the street, there are also a couple of chairs to sit in while enjoying the view of the river. We had a Bad experience with the owner, I regret to say. Breakfast consisted of a Blueberry Muffin, Bacon, Yogurt, Coffee and OJ. at our request as we do not eat Eggs (which is what is offered for Breakfast). While we appreciated the extra effort to provide us with what we requested, the Bacon was not cooked. The Coffee was Very, Very Black. Even putting milk into it did not change the color which stayed Pitch Black. He was VERY UPSET with us because we did not eat the uncooked Bacon. It is very unhealthy to eat uncooked Bacon. He became even more MAD because I could not drink the Coffee; I tried but it was just too Bitter. He said "You should have asked for crispy bacon and weak coffee" and just walked away . He was very visibly Angry. I even apologized to him for not eating it; which I should not have. Then he came back and said I gave him the wrong Credit Card Number on the phone. Again, very Visibly MAD. When I gave him the card number on the phone, he repeated the Card number back to me which I verified to him . I said I can give you my card now. He dropped the Credit Card Machine on the table so hard that it bounced back and forth before it stopped. Finally, when we were ready to leave, he said "Give me Key" and just walked away. No "Thank You" for staying with us, Hope you enjoyed your stay, or please come again; so so RUDE.

Found this little gem of a place on our drive from Quebec City to Wolfville, NS. It was only a few kms off the highway and suited our needs for a one night stay. Had a cocktail on the dock on the river on the beautiful day that we arrived. This was a wonderful quaint and quiet place.
