great location (just into town)
thats it. really. the office is kept locked. there is a doorbell ringer to get their attention, if you can find it. The bedsheets are clean, on the old hard bed with half dead pillows. there are no bedside lamps. the shower is barely functional. oh and bring scissors to get into the supplied shampoo. It might be cliche, but this place is a dumb.

This is an old motel style, parked right outside the rooms. Which was perfect for what we needed. It was very very dated, but everything did work - small kitchenette with fridge, stovetop, and sink, along with some dishes and cookware. No AC, which made it extremely hot. Ours had a weird smell, but again this is an old property - old carpets, furniture, bedspreads, wallpaper....||The lady who worked tirelessly on the rooms was awesome. It could be such a little gem, if it was updated just a bit.

Stayed again for work, the rooms seemed to be updated. Brand new king bed was perfect, the best part about this place was the internet. It was fast and they allowed me to use my Netflix. For a king room with a corporate rate of $65 you can't go wrong. The rooms were clean and there is a great resteraunt a few steps away. Will defiantly come back.

The hotel is nice enough, but dated. The blue bath tub was well overdue to be replaced, as was most of the furniture. That all would have been fine, but the lack of air conditioning and decades old smells sealed the deal. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The owner(s) of the motel were very friendly. We checked in around 8:15pm and the lady at the front desk was very nice! We traveled with a group of 5 people and one of the group members happened to leave her purse in the last town that we had stopped at. We were scrambling around trying to locate her purse. The next morning the same lady from the front desk talked to us to see if she found her purse (we did) which was very kind of her. Overall the rooms were outdated but did have a fridge, microwave, tv, and coffee maker that we did not use. It was pretty clean which is important. We also ate at the Big Horn Restaurant right next store which was good for dinner, and breakfast as well except they don't make their own muffins (they are frozen), they had no fruit, or any cold cereal. ||

Rooms were cheap and service was great, had no problems. Much better then when I stayed 5 years ago, rooms and restaurant and bar have been completely renovated. Wasn't expecting much for a small town but for the price you can't go wrong. Restaurant and bar both within a 20 second walk which was awesome cause of the cold!

After a long drive with decent hunting and fishing this was one of the best places to stop on the way to Grande Prairie. They told us the beds were new and you could tell they were, super comfy queen bed and a great price. A well needed good nights rest and friendly service too.

This is an old place so don't expect The Ritz. The rooms are very clean and they keep them well but they show their age. The shower is good and the bed comfortable, great place for a nights sleep. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stay here once or twice a year.
