Always an enjoyable conversation and I am happy with their products. I bought a dab pen disposable tried it when I got home, it wasn't hitting really properly the light wouldn't be consistent it felt like it was misfiring. I went to the store to show it to the guy who sold it to me maybe 15min earlier he wasn't rude or anything, we agreed to disagree on how it was hitting , he stayed professional with me apart when I gave it to him after explaining and showing it to him, he said that it might needs too be charged, he then went in the back to go look for a charger. When he came came back maybe not 10sec later I asked him if he wanted to hit to see if it was misfiring, he proceeded to tell me he just did without asking me... It felt unprofessional and like he tricked me to have the last word.. idk if it's there protocol for broken disposable I might be worng.. Never had any problems with my disposable's before, this was my first one, so it was my first experience returning one. He did not end up refunding or exchange my product. After this experience I don't think I'll be returning even tho he gave me a small discount after discussing the expensive price of the store, and how we as community should be able to price match Rockland's dispensary prices when they have the same product in stock . But they don't, they will sale it full price if not above market price seen it once or twice.. In my opinion go to the other stores in Rockland they have way more selection and for there price its worth it.

When your employee greets you at the door with a sour attitude it's a big turn off for a loyal customer that lives in the area, door is never locked when open unless stated with a sign saying "be back in 5 mins" never had to ring the door bell once with more then 10plus trips to this store, with this being the only store in town, you lost a loyal customer with that POOR service

After company replied: he never once stated he went to the washroom, he actually proceeded to go outside and smoke a cigarette so that's a lie, yes there's the doorbell but again, my parents who also live in the town have never once had to ring the bell, I've never seen a person walking in infront of me ring the bell, SO AGAIN, if your gonna lock the doors do it everytime, everyday with every employee to demonstrate consistency because this store lacks it

Part 2: since your footage doesn't have audio I'll quote what the conversation was since this store lacks professionalism and you choice to defend a employee that wasn't polite and didn't demonstrate good customer service because you NEVER raise your voice and belittle a customer when a customer respectfully answered the employees first question. The rest is after I pulled both doors realizing they where locked and started to walk away and opens the door.
Employee: "sarcasticly" did you ring the bell?.

Customer: no I didn't

Proceed to take one step in.

Employee: "rude,belittling,sarcastic" tone of voice, "there's clearly a sign, showing you to ring a bell"

I stop, stare, and turn around absolutely shocked and stunned by his statement, walk to my car, standing next to the driver door, I look up and see him staring at me saying nothing.

Employee: starts to sat something but started my opinion quickly after.

Customer: you didn't have to say that second part at all, uncalled for, I come here regularly and the door is never locked, and if it is there's a sign just like you said "5 mins" I acknowledge there's a bell but have never had to use it.

Proceeded to sit in the car and write my review after being a regular customer.

I used nothing but a indoor voice and had someone who is going to potentially serve me, make me fell essentially stupid and belittled. thinking I'm potentially a kid, I'm old enough to identify good service to bad, this isn't the first time I experienced not great service by him but always just looked past it.

The fact there's no acknowledgement of bad service is all need to know from me experience of how the customer is treated.

Ps. The second part of your paragraph wasn't in your first response. and I've never been ided at the door I can give you transaction dates and check the footage I promise I'm not lying.

Today was my first time coming to the dispensary in Bourget!! I didn’t even know we had one LOL
Andre the store manager took the time to get me exactly what I needed and answered all my several questions LOL I definitely appreciate some good service so thank you andre I’ll be a returning client 🙂

My first time at a Cannabis store and I let the staff know. They made me very comfortable and explained the selection very thoroughly. The store is very well laid out and has a small town vibe to it. I can't speak about the product, because I bought it for someone else, but I can say that the experience made me happy and makes me want to go back. Good work!
