I sent an inquiry to Wendy on September 7, 2023 about taking a cruise in the Caribbean. She immediately sent us three different cruises to look at. We sent her back a note on September 10th with the cruise we had chosen. Wendy then booked the cruise for us on September 16th. She still had to book hotel rooms, flights, excursions in Miami for us, etc.

As I hadn't heard from Wendy by September 28th I phoned her to see how she was making out with our hotel rooms, flights, etc. She told me she was working on it and would have something for me to look at that night or the next day.

It is now October 18th and I haven't heard anything back from Wendy regarding the bookings she was supposedly working on.

To say the least, I am not impressed with Wendy's customer service skills. I am thinking she booked the cruise quickly so she could get the commission from the cruise line. I wouldn't recommend Big World Travel to others.

Our trip to Cabos included a 12 night stay at the all-inclusive resort, the Hyatt Ziva in San Jose Los Cabos. The resort is excellent. Our room included a swim out pool which I would recommend getting. The Staff at the resort were also excellent and most spoke enough english to get by. They were polite and couldn't do enough for us.
The resort followed strict Covid protocols. Each and every staff member wore masks, gloves, and we had our temperatures taken every evening at meal time. We never felt unsafe our entire time there.
The food was excellent and plenty. Usually ate at the buffet, but also indulged in the Mexican, Italian, Asian, and French dining rooms. These had to be booked in a few hours in advance as they fill up quickly.

I can't say enough about Wendy O'Connor from Big World Travel. She arranged everything for us, including providing us with Covid Information and Covid testing sites. She was always just a text away from answering any questions we may have had, particularly when we were in Mexico. I would definitely arrange my next trip through Wendy, I have to give her a rating of 10/10.

As far as the Hyatt Ziva went, it also gets a 10/10 rating, our room, the food, staff, and cleanliness was always excellent.

For anyone booking an all-inclusive such as this one, I would recommend booking a few tours through the resort to break up the days.

I can't think of anything I would do different. I would/will certainly go back again to Cabos as the weather is always hot and sunny. Its the perfect vacation get-a-way. I know for sure I will definitely be booking my next get-a-way vacation through Wendy at Big World Travel.
