Très déçu de ma visite, le « musée » était fermé, en aucun cas ce n’était mentionné qu’il pouvait être fermé. Il y avait une table extérieur avec quelques roches dessus. On a flatté le chat (un étoile) et notre visite sur la plage a contribué à ma 2e étoile.

Stumbled upon this opportunity scrolling around the area we were passing through and so glad we did! This is truly a unique experience, and would highly recommend getting a guided tour from Chris to show you around the museum and walk you out on the beach and showing you the fossils to look for! We managed to find a few cool ones to keep and definitely have a great story to tell for them.

Loved hearing all the facts and info about the area and various fossils we were seeing. Would highly recommend anyone coming remotely close to check this place out!

A beautiful beach and an interesting museum. We were fortunate to meet the owner of the museum as we had missed him in the past. Really nice and informative gentleman. He did great explaining the area and all of the discoveries made to me and my 11 year old daughter. We gave him a good donation and look forward to seeing this place again

We took a tour today and it was a highlight of our time visiting NS. Chris was so knowledgeable, passionate and an excellent guide who was able to present everything with the right level of detail for our group. We asked many questions and gained such a good understanding of the beach and it's importance archeologically.
Definitely get in touch in advance to arrange a tour - you won't regret it!

A remarkable and unique destination that allows us to walk the same ground as some of the first life forms that left water for land hundreds of millions of years ago. The variety and quality of the fossils are also remarkable. Worth investing a couple hours for sure!!

This was an amazing experience. We did the 1 hour guided tour and Chris was fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about educating. He was also very patient and engaging with my 4 year old who loved finding different rocks on the beach. We found loads of fossils on the beach and Chris was able to explain to us what they all were. Highly recommend!
