Astonishing selection of books in every genre. Don't bother going unless you have the rest of the day free, you're going to need the time to browse through the collection.

Be prepared to be patient, the books are mostly organized alphabetically by genre but there is significant overflow stacked everywhere.

The person working that day was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the collection. If you have a specific author in mind, he'll help you find it.

An excellent place for someone who loves the smell and sense of books.

I love books and this place has books. There are books everywhere. This is not the most organized store in the world but a joy to be in. If you are a book lover and love to look for books, this is the place for you. Jonathan somehow knows where each book is and he can help you but it's more fun to look. It's crowded and you need to be careful you don't knock a stack of books over but that makes it more fun. There is a trade-in policy so you can get discounts on books so take advantage of that. There's always parking available.

I shopped here the other day and loved it! Came out with a large stack of books and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced used books. Yes, it’s a treasure hunt and you will knock some books over. You will wonder if they would ever find you if the piles collapse on you. But you will find some great read. A book lover’s paradise.

Overall a good used book store. Books could be more finely catalogued but you will find the areas that you are looking for. Has a great volume of books and usually in good quality. Also has puzzles and DVD's.

It is very cluttered with piles of books on the floor. There is a chance you might knock books over with your knees. Some people hate this and will not go but others love that sense of exploring. I fall half way in each group but here the search through the piles can be frustrating as there is not much room to move things. Since the books often block the bottom shelves then sometimes you can't even see bottom shelves without moving books. The section on older books and the children's section are especially notable for too many extra books. The latter section at least still has many in boxes so you can look in a box, carefully move it, look in another and then restack everything.

Pricing is good overall and you likely won't complain. Oddly I will find a few things that are overpriced and know I can buy the book cheaper, even with shipping, if I were to go online. This is not common and I suspect those prices are the ones on the books when he bought them. It looks like he bought some stock from another book store that was known for overpricing their books - part of the reason they went out of business. But you likely would not encounter that unless you were looking at some older books.

I only visit every month or two as it a little far from my house but I often do find something that I want. It is cluttered, which I find a little frustrating, but I do enjoy visiting whenever I'm in town. The owner is very friendly and a talker so if you are as well (as I am) then you might have to put limits on your conversation so you can carry on with your other chores. 🙂
