I had a bad experience without staying.
While i booked my reservation it said refundable if I did not stayed.
So I called the property and told them that I would like to cancel. That’s what Expedia ask you to do that when you have to cancel. They ask us to contact the hotel. And the hotel said that they will charge me for one night. Why would I pay if I called to cancel my booking and I had booked at 11.00 am in the morning. And called in to cancel in the evening. The person at property said you should call 24 hours before. This is crazy. They just try to rip you off.

We stayed here for 5 nights after our van broke down during our road trip. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was modern with quick hot water. The service was truly exceptional, the lady who works here was so nice to us to make sure we got to stay in the same room even though we kept adding nights to our stay.

So, this is where I stayed on my last night in Canada on a meandering round-trip between northern Wisconsin and Anchorage. On the trip, I stayed on 23 different places in 30 days. Most were one-night stays. Pincher Creek was not a destination, but a logical stopover 375 miles southeast from Jasper (which was a destination). So, my reason for staying was to eat dinner, take a shower, sleep well, and get on the road as the sun came up to get to my next destination. In that regard, Blue Mountain checked all my boxes.||Parking is right in front of your unit's door. Check-in was simple and pleasant. Everything worked. The floor sloped a little bit on the way to the bathroom, but nothing that would cause you problems walking during the night. I didn't use the air conditioner even though it was quite warm when I arrived because the overnight temperature was predicted to be in the high 40s. By 9:00 PM it was quite comfortable.||This is a good basic place for sleeping. It probably wouldn't be a good place for an extended stay that required an area to do deskwork. I'd probably stay here again for the same reason I stayed the last time--sleep, shower, then hit the road.

Really not sure where all these positive reviews came from. We just stopped over for the night and didn't expect much but this place is a DUMP. Everything was old and dilapidated . We thought the ceiling tiles were going to fall on our heads. The beds were lumpy and hard and creaky. ||||It was fairly clean and staff was friendly but we would not stay again. Would pay double to stay someplace decent even if it's just for a quick sleep.

It was very low class lights were not working ceiling was broken washroom are bad and towels were spotted.
There was very bad walls all the things were forcing you to go out we stayed for only oke night and it was very hard.
People were nice but for 160 dollars they need to get renovation or have atleast good lights so that we can see some light in night.

This motel was a great find. The room was super clean, no dust or hair. The beds were super comfy. The hotel staff went out of their way when my husband forgot his laptop in the room. They had someone they know bring the laptop to Calgary the next day before we caught our flight out. We are very thankful for the kind gesture.

Honestly, our expectations weren't high for this place; it's a cheap motel in a small ski town. But, we weren't disappointed. Check in was easy, and we showed up LATE. Staff was friendly, the rooms were fairly sizeable, and everything was clean. Clean and cheap is all we were going for, and if you're the same, don't hesitate. The beds were comfortable, the place was quiet, and we crashed there very comfortably for two nights while we were skiing. "Downtown" is about 800 metres away, with a couple of eating options in walking distance, including a pizza place across the street. We would stay again if we were back in Pincher Creek.

Both of us, when we opened the door, said "wow" at the same time. We were not expecting this. They must have renovated/redecorated because the pictures don't represent the room we got. There were new huge thick mattresses on the beds along with new bedding and matching curtains. A nice big flat screen tv as well with good internet available. There were still holdovers from an earlier era (lamps, microwave) but we were warm, comfortable and entertained during our one night, ski vacation.
