Parking is the main issue because there isn't any,even with a parking pass,it's street parking,the few parking spaces are always occupied, if you have any mobility issues this is an issue driving around trying to find a space,then walking back to your boked accommodation,basically trying to find a space around a packed appointment block,
Having to check out at 10am is inconvenient I didn't like that.
Not having a proper sink to wash dishes in, once you have cooked you have to wash dishes in the bathroom, I don't feel that's very hygienic, I did pull out a dirty hot plate and I washed everything before and after I used it as I wasn't sure about cleanliness, even though I'm charged $100 cleaning charge on a 2 night stay.
The toilet is way to low modem toilet are a proper height which again was an issue for myself, I have not seen a toilet that low for many years.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time there. We stayed about 3 years ago, since then quite a few updates to the place, our condo had new carpets & new kitchen. We met another couple on the wine tour we took that was staying there too, we had a wine with them after in their unit, theres was about the same as ours, they were pleased. There are lots of new services that are nice to have in the area, more restaurants, a supermarket, liquor store. We loved the Bear course and the patio at the golf club. Will go hear again, the location is ideal for us. It was clean and comfy, staff were helpful as usual. Cheers Joe

We booked the 2 story loft. Advertised as a king bed but was a queen. No big deal. The front desk wss amazing! I have never been asked at check out if they could have done more to make our stay better!! For the price our stay was over the top!! Thanks!! We will be back!

We were incredibly impressed with our condo. We stayed in 2414 at the pinnacle. A beautiful view overlooking the golf course and airport. Two queen size beds. Two bathrooms. Big kitchen. Great location. Could not have been more pleased ! Actually want to even buy a place !

We spent 3 days at Borgata Lodge. We both love to golf so this was very well situated for us. Both courses are wonderful to play at. But make your reservations early for the Bear as they tend to go fast. As for our suite, it was comfortable but is in need of updating. While we were there, the temps were in the high 90's so had to keep the AC on. It worked well but was extremely noisy. There was an overhead fan but it squeeked loudly as well so we decided to keep it turned off. ||Most hotels now days offer HD television. This does not - the TV was old and small and the cable was basic allowing very few channels. There was no published guide as to what channels were received. There was also no guide for shops or the golf course in the immediate area. I thought this would have been standard information supplied in every room. All other hotels, including resorts such as this have a book with this kind of information.||Upon arrival at our place, the dishes were still in the dishwasher (cleaned) but the toaster didnt work. Mgmt was told and did give us a used one from an empty room.|| ||On the good side, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked adequately. I appreciated the secured underground parking at the facility, ||||As for staying here again - I will take a pass.

So we stayed over the first week of August 2020 and it was great! We stayed in a one bedroom loft and it was great. the only issue we had was the WIFI password/username was incorrect and it took a couple hours of slow texting to finally get it resolved. ||||The location is beautiful and convenient, 10 min drive to downtown and 10 min drive to lake country. ||would def come back!

When my family walked into our room, we were shocked and dismayed by what we witnessed. The double sized bed was not made. The sheets were unchanged. There was a used towel on the kitchenette counter. In the bathroom, there were 2 used towels on the floor and the trash can still had dirty paper towel in it. ||||We arrived late (8:30 PM), so the office was closed. We had to get in touch with the manager. He did not seem too apologetic, but he did get someone out to us to clean up, after exchanging about 4 calls to different employees. We checked in the lodge on Saturday, and apparently they had the room cleaned on Monday. I think the manager or whoever should have checked the room on Saturday to make sure that the room was cleaned and ready for another guest to come in. ||||Other than that, I think the lodge was decent. I like the nice modern interior design of the room. However, I do think it is a bit far from the city core (about 20 minute drive from Kelowna downtown). ||||I don't think I will be staying here again.

We loved this location and lodge, we had not planned on cooking but our studio suite had a kitchen and private balcony with a pleasant golf course view. Suite was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Front desk staff mentioned there was a supermarket close by so we went to Nesters, bought some Rib Eye's, bbq'd them up and enjoyed on the patio with a fancy Quails Gate red, whist watching the golfers start their game. Bliss ! We did not golf but did go to the golf clubhouse for a meal, convenient to have this so close to the lodge. We were going to stay 3 nights and had so much fun we asked to stay an extra night, they gave us the 4th night for 99 buks as a last minute deal, thanks for that ! Will go again for sure, next time might bring our golf clubs as the courses looked nice. Happy to refer to others. Ask for a suite on the 2nd floor they have nice views of the golf course.
