My experinces over the past 4 years have been second to none. Most of the drivers are wonderul and super considerate. Teh fact that they pick me up at home and drop me off at home is AMAZING. Melanie at the office is probably the most courteous and best client resources ever. She makes you feel important and is willing to help in any situation. Thank you everyone for makign the experience of going to Winnipeg and back an excellent one.

Best service I ever had. I was 10 minutes late for 0700 hr ride. Yet they waited for me for to make sure I don't miss my flight. The driver is also a very good person and a humble man.

Oh man, I normally don't leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. Pick up was 1 hrs 14 minutes late and they kept saying "be there in a few minutes", and the hotel they choose as a pickup spot wasn't even aware and wouldn't let me inside so my friend had to wait with me so I wasn't stuck outside in the cold. I got to my gate 5 minutes before boarding ended. Almost missing my flight by 5 minutes is unacceptable for a company who's sole purpose is to get people to the airport. The snow was expected (come on it's Canada) and they should know by now how to prepare for snowy driving conditions.

Good vehicle, great price for a 2 hour commute to Winnipeg from Brandon, and very prompt replies to any questions. They were not always able to answer a call immediately, but any voicemail was responded to quickly, even one I left at 10:30 at night. I would recommend the Brandon Air Shuttle to anyone needing a lift to the Winnipeg airport from Westman.

The highway was closed, so I had no choice but to stay an extra day. After a trip, you’re usually exhausted and just want to get home as soon as possible. Highways typically reopen within a few hours, or even if it took two days, I could’ve asked family or friends for help once the roads were safe. However, when I requested a refund, they only offered credit, which I really don’t understand. I get that Brandon is a small town with limited options, but the vehicle was way too small. If a larger person were to use this service, they’d probably need to buy two seats.

The shuttle was packed with people, there were no seatbelts, and it felt incredibly unsafe. The seats were so cramped that I could only sit on the edge. Honestly, I think driving my own car to the airport next time would be a better option. The whole point of using a shuttle is to avoid feeling exhausted, but this experience just made me even more tired. I definitely won’t be using this service again.

The drivers are prompt and the price is great. Picking up and dropping people at their home address is great. The only quibble i would have is that the van is narrow. I am not a big person, but someone bigger may find it uncomfortable. I also had one driver who played the music very loud. Other than that, I would recommend.
