Unfortunately the drivers are very rude. They argue about the addresses when they are well written, and the GPS shows the exact same thing. Even Google Maps shows the same location. They look for arguing with clients, not paying attention to the road and signs, my driver almost crush trying to argue with me about the address, because the numbers of the houses around where not in order, he even interrupted me when I was trying to say that is the right address, and made me to shut up. I just didn't say anything else to him, he continue speaking and speaking. Awful experience.

So we can't book a ride cause we live in brantford and in order to book rides I have to book rides outside of brantford, doesn't make sense but then again they don't make sense. Which city council approved of this horrible company.

Awful customer service. Some pick up drivers are lazy and very inconsiderate for those in wheelchairs. My mother has been repeatedly told she was a no show for rides when she has been there waiting. No one ever makes themselves known as her ride. It’s wrong to make an elderly disabled lady/man wait in the cold or in rain outside. I feel in bad weather someone should take the time to check lobbies or call to have them come outside. Not even 2 mins of a missed ride would the driver turn around when she called to say she was actually there waiting .

I doubt they look at this feedback. Multiple calls, multiple emails no response. The most unprofessional business I've ever come across. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. How is a cab service a no show... awful awful experience. Like I said earlier, I'd be blown away if they actually took this feedback and used it to improve their service.

I used this service today to get to and from a dentist appointment in Brantford. The driver was right on time and very friendly! The car was clean and comfortable.

I have never spoke to the person as rude as Paul is. They are mismanaged and their offline rides are pointless as it’s a very vague window and nothing close to the booked time.

Also the address number where I live is 50 and it always comes up as 53 and can't change
