This family tradition of ours is something we look forward to every single year, and we truly can’t get enough of it! The kids absolutely love the whole pumpkin-picking experience, and even though the farm we used to go to sadly closed to the public, we were lucky enough to discover this gem!

This time around, we kept it simple—no wagon rides or games—just good old-fashioned pumpkin picking. And honestly? That was more than enough. There were pumpkins in every shape and size imaginable, and watching the kids carefully choose their “perfect one” was such a joy. 🍂

Now, you might be wondering why we gave 4 stars instead of 5 if we had such a great time... well, here's the one hiccup: my sister got stung by a wasp on her hand (ouch), and naturally, we headed over to the staff area thinking there’d be a basic first aid kit or at least an ice pack. Surprisingly, there wasn’t. What threw us off a bit more was the staff member’s response: when my sister asked for an ice pack, she was told, “We’re in the field,” which came off a little curt. We totally understand the rustic setting, but still—it’d be nice to have a small first aid kit on hand for these situations, especially with kids around.

That said, the overall vibe was wonderful, the pumpkins were top quality, and we’re already planning to come back next year. Hopefully with a few band-aids / instant ice packs in our own bag next time!

I had such a wonderful time visiting this farm. They had so many great fall activities including apple picking, a beautiful pumpkin patch, and a lovely pick-your-own flower area. Everything was well organized and easy to enjoy.

The atmosphere was gorgeous and felt so cozy and seasonal. Everywhere you looked, it was picture perfect. The staff and everyone we met were incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better.

I honestly loved everything about it. It is the perfect spot to spend a fall day whether you are with family, friends, or just want a peaceful outing. Highly recommend!

The Fall Festival at Brentwood Farm was truly a delightful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and thoughtfully planned. Clear parking signs and directions made it easy to find our way, setting the tone for a smooth and enjoyable visit.

For just $17.50, the value was incredible considering the wide range of activities available. We had a great time exploring the mini cornfield maze, which was fun for both kids and adults. The bouncing balloon area was full of energy and laughter, while the calm Magic Forest offered a more peaceful yet engaging experience with creative and interactive setups that everyone enjoyed.

One of the highlights was the pumpkin bowling — a clever and festive twist that brought out everyone’s playful side. The tractor ride around the field provided beautiful countryside views and a relaxing break before we headed for the apple picking, which was fresh, fun, and perfectly captured the spirit of autumn.

Overall, Brentwood Farm offers one of the most refreshing and wholesome ways to celebrate the fall season with friends and family. It’s a perfect blend of fun, relaxation, and the cozy feeling of fall — definitely worth visiting again! 🍂🎃

I visited the Sunflower Festival on its final day, arriving around 4 PM. The temperature felt close to 38°C, and the flowers, including the sunflowers, showed signs of the season’s end. The farm featured other colorful blooms and themed photo spots such as a vintage bicycle and butterfly display.

After parking, tickets were scanned, and visitors boarded a wagon for a ride through the apple orchard to the flower fields. Due to the heat and insects, I didn’t spend long among the blooms. The route continued to the animal farm area, where live music played and children enjoyed various activities. Benches provided shaded seating, and refreshments were available. Another wagon later transported us back.

Entry closes at 5 PM, so an evening visit isn’t possible. At the entrance, a small store sells organic items, adding to the experience.

Admission was $13 plus tax and included the wagon ride, three cut-your-own sunflowers, shaded forest trail, 4-acre cut-flower field, play areas, and full-day access to the grounds.

It’s a worthwhile seasonal outing, especially for families and photography lovers, best visited earlier in the festival and during cooler weather for fresher blooms.

Had such a great time there over Thanksgiving weekend with our pugs!

Very large farm with so many activities, lots of staff on hand and incredibly organized despite how many people were there!

Plenty of parking available and many activities for the kids.

Loved how dog friendly it was - well worth the drive from Hamilton for this!

It's a beautiful place to have a nice farm experience. They gave us a wagon ride and its every 15 minutes. We were allowed to pick 3 flowers. There were bubble station as well. They have portable washrooms and picnic tables too. We walked in the sunflower fields and took awesome pics. Overall its a good place for kids and adults as well. Please don't forget to take water bottles to hydrate yourself.

Good experience. I went today for fall activities, flower patch and apple picking on 30 Aug 2025, and it was a brilliant experience. Do take the farm ride as its easier to reach the flower patch and kids activity area.
