J'ai utilisé leurs services de l'aéroport de Calgary vers Banff le 24 décembre 2021 et à l'inverse le 6 janvier 2022.

Le personnel est très, très gentil. Nous n'avons pas eu à mettre les bagages dans la soute puisque le conducteur s'en est chargé avec le sourire.

L'autobus était récent, en excellente condition et très confortable. Il y a des ports USB et des prises électriques à chaque siège. Le wifi est gratuit. Il y a une toilette à l'arrière. On y retrouve aussi des coffres à bagages au-dessus des sièges.

Dans l'autobus, il y a des contenants pour les déchets et pour la récupération. C'est très bien de voir une entreprise qui se soucie de l'environnement.

Seul bémol: J'ai appelé pour mentionner que l'autobus était en retard (à peine quelques minutes). La dame m'a répondu que c'était parce qu'il venait juste de prendre d'autres passagers et qu'il était en route. Lorsqu'il est arrivé avec 10 minutes de retard, nous étions les premières personnes à prendre place à bord (!) et le conducteur nous a dit que c'est parce que le moteur avait de la difficulté à démarrer. Il faisait environ -30C. Aucun client n'aime se faire prendre pour un con. J'aurais vivement préféré que la réceptionniste me mette en attente et valide la vraie raison du retard plutôt que de me dire une phrase toute faite!

I made a booking via a link from The Rocky Mountaineer for convenience and I am so glad I trusted it. It was really easy to book and the instructions were clear to follow. I ended up changing the time on the morning of my travel from YYC to Banff after a restful sleep recovering from the travelling. Again it was easy. The staff at the airport looked after me really well. The lady let me know when the bus arrived and arranged for the driver to meet me. Special service!
The driver, Tom, was friendly, knowledgeable and the journey was smooth and comfortable. The bus was in great condition, the on-board toilet was really helpful! During the trip, really interesting facts were commentated and I learned so much. It was so much more than a link experience. Tom also helped me plan some other trips during my stay.

We recently had the pleasure of using Brewster Express transfer bus service twice, once back from Jasper to Calgary and from Canmore to Jasper. Both trips were flawlessly executed, with pick-up and drop-off happening precisely on schedule. What made the journeys even better was our driver and guide, Lucas. He was punctual, professional, and a fantastic coordinator, ensuring smooth and enjoyable trips. I highly recommend Brewster Express, especially if you're lucky enough to have Lucas at the wheel!

My first experience with Brewster is their airport transfer from Calgary airport to my lodging in Banff.
The counter staff was helpful and friendly.
The bus was clean and comfortable.
The driver was funny, and gave some commentary along the way. He had also given us a few good tips for our subsequent tours. 👍

Everything about our experience of being transported from Jasper to Banff was excellent from ease of booking (and a subsequent change made online) to the comfort of the coach, the beautiful scenery, a scheduled comfort stop at the Colombian Icefields (stunning views) and an unscheduled stop to see a black bear at the side of the road. We were picked up and delivered on time. The driver was very professional and the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Would definitely use this company again.

We recently used the Brewster shuttle service from Banff to Calgary. This was a professional and delightful experience from beginning to end. They picked us up right at the Mount Royal, where we were staying and, though we had arranged a drop off at the Westin, Andy, our bus driver, went “above and beyond,” when, once learning we were actually staying at the Westley, he agreed to drop us directly there instead. This was incredibly helpful for my elder parents with whom we were traveling and saved us all considerable time and money. The drive was beautiful and being a passenger on the bus we were able to fully take it in and enjoy it. And, with a strong thunderstorm on the way approaching Calgary, Andy’s driving was confident and reassuring. It was also nice to have a washroom on the bus. The stand out experience for us though was we accidentally left an important item in our room safe before we checked out and took our shuttle to our Calgary hotel. I was panicked! But, after calling the hotel, Amelia at the Front Desk and Stephanie with the Pursuit Team (Brewster, Mount Royal, et. al.) came to my rescue! By 9:30 that same night, they had arranged for my item to be sent to me in Calgary on a later Brewster shuttle and all was right again! No extra charge and seamless. Left me with a feeling there are good people still in this world and real customer support is still alive and well in some places. A special call out to Stephanie and Amelia for making me feel valued, cared for and in good hands with the Brewster team and the wider Pursuit group!
