We stumbled across this park when we were driving around Lantz as we are new to the area. Our dog loved the trails!! Its clear that people in the area work together to keep it tidy. The water was a bit high and fast the day we went, but I'm sure she would love to swim in there, too! WARNING - check yourself, family and pets for ticks before heading home. We took 5 off of ourselves and 11 off of our dog. It's a part of nature so not really a lot you can do about it, but the scenery and walk along the water is worth it!

Currently closed 11/22. Beautiful spot with great access to the river for canoes and kayaks.
Nice looping trail.

Nice spot to launch a kayak or canoe, but trails aren't maintained. My dog loved it none the less.

Gate was closed so we walked in. Trail didn't seem to be used much, so we only went over the bridge. But the road was a nice walk. Nice view of the river.

The park was closed when I went there (April 2022) and the hiking trail was unmaintained. However, there was clear signage explaining that. Hopefully this park will be open again.
