nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 2, qui possède un balcon avec belle vue sur le port ....et sur le restaurant d'à côté, mais pas vraiment gênant, par contre l'accueil pas top le check in se fait dans le bar très fréquenté qui est situé dans la salle de restaurant avec les serveurs qui vous bousculent, pour le départ aucune info, comme cet établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner nous sommes partis en laissant les badges dans la chambre. La chambre, désuète, literie inconfortable, cabine de douche minuscule vraiment pas top, tout nous fait penser que la partie hôtel est vraiment sans importance tant par le décor que par l'accueil dommage car la situation est top

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée dans la chambre "Rose", face au port.
Restaurant le Grand Banker sous l'hôtel.
Frigo en chambre. Pour le parking, le stationnement est payant dans la rue (horodateurs) jusqu'à 17h puis gratuit en soirée et nuit. Prévoir de la monnaie exclusivement pour les parcmètres .
Situation de l'hôtel qui permet un accès facile et rapide à tous les commerces et au waterfront

Nous avions aucune réservation et sommes arrivés un peu a la dernière minute. On nous a offert la chambre romance. C'était absolument magnifique. Après un bon souper a même l'auberge, nous avons regagné notre chambre/suite avec vue sur le port, malgré le deluge qui tombait a ce moment. Nous avons profité de la piece avec un bain thérapeutique pour se relaxer et prendre le temps de vivre au rythme des gens du village... Quel repos !!! Au matin,; surprise a l'ouverture des rideaux, belle brume sur la baie du port.||Seul petit point a améliorer le check-out est très tôt : 10h00 faudrait penser a mettre ca a 11h00 au minimum ! et aussi pour s'enregistrer il faut aller au rez-de chaussée au restaurant bar; ca fait un peu ordinaire \||Pour le reste la propreté, la décoration : tout le reste était vraiment impeccable

Chambre spacieuse, propre. Salle de bain agréable à utiliser.|Petite remarque sur le bruit de fond avec la ventilation: éviter la chambre 5 🙂 ce jour là, quelques clients étaient bruyants. |Mais reste tout à fait convenable pour une nuit.

We arrived at 2:40 and found we had to go down a dark dirty staircase to the pub to check in. Pub wait staff told us no check in until 3 so we waited outside on the sidewalk. No one checked to see if our room was ready a little early. Magically at 3 we could check in, again with the bar staff and when they weren’t serving tables. Room was ugly, tired, dingy and hot. There was an old air conditioner which was noisy but it worked. Air conditioner was very noisy on the balcony and blew hot air so both of us had to decide to be in the same space, air off and both outside or air on and both inside. A very poor overhead light in the room accessible only by pull chain so had to get in and out of bed to use the light. Hair dryer fell completely out of the wall when I went to use it. We moved only one bedside lamp to the bigger bed but no reading light at all for the second person. Shower was extremely small. There is no parking except for what you can find on the street. That parking is $2/hour with a 4 hour minimum from 10 to 5 daily. The hotel is in a good location but could not be used by mobility challenged persons.

Staying at the Brigantine Inn in Historic Lunenburg was a lovely experience. It is located right across the harbour with a view of the Bluenose II.||Check-in is done at the pub downstairs, which makes me thing of sailors of a bygone time, who must have come in for a pint and room.||The rooms are clean. The building is older, given it is in the historic town, and the decor is well suited. All the rooms are up fairly narrow stairs, so may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.||Also note that street parking can be tricky and the inn does not have reserved spots. The location is otherwise incredible, just steps from all the lovely shops and sights, as well as across from the Bluenose II.||We would definitely stay there again when visiting Lunenburg!

We spent two expensive nights in September in their annex rooms across the street. The side porch railing is dangerously falling apart, the shower head was broken & squirting sideways, the hall carpet is dirty, and there are no chairs, waste baskets or reading lamps in the bedrooms. You have to check in at the downstairs bar. We had to search for non-metered street parking blocks away from our unit, and there was no secure place for our bicycles. The central near harbor location is the only positive thing I can say,
