I had the pleasure of completing my practicum at BrightPath Port Coquitlam North, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. All the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They truly care about the children and create such a warm, safe, and engaging environment. The way they interact with the kids with so much patience, love, and respect was inspiring to see every day. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a wonderful team!

I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to complete my practicum at BrightPath Port Coquitlam North Child Care Center. This center has left a deep impression on me, not only because of its professional and caring teaching team, but also its strong leadership and collaborative spirit. Under the guidance of Director Jasna, the centre is managed with clarity and structure. Communication among the educators is open and honest, creating a supportive work environment where I never felt afraid to make mistakes. Instead, the teachers encouraged me, guided me with patience, and often helped me learn by example.

What truly touched me was how genuinely the educators care for each child. They are respectful, attentive, and always put the children's needs first. I was impressed by how thoughtfully the daily activities were planned across all developmental domains. The team strives to create meaningful learning opportunities tailored to each child’s interests and abilities.

The professionalism, teamwork, and sincere dedication I witnessed here are rare and inspiring. I feel fortunate to have been part of such a passionate team, and this experience has laid a strong foundation for my journey as an Early Childhood Educator.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to engage in learning at BrightPath Port Coquitlam North Child Care Center, just prior to officially beginning my career as an Early Childhood Educator. During the three-week period of observation and study, I have cultivated a profound appreciation for the management model employed by Director Jasna in overseeing the childcare center. Within my classroom, the educators—Ms. Arlene, Ms. Salileh, and Ms. Jenny—demonstrate exceptional care for each child, treating them as if they were their own. The daily curriculum is both diverse and meticulously designed, fostering the development of children's personalities while simultaneously providing a structured framework to ensure learning occurs within appropriate boundaries. This foundational approach significantly impacts the developmental progress of the children. The behavior exhibited by the children is consistently polite and respectful toward one another, cultivating an atmosphere that resonates deeply with me as a mother of three. Given my high regard for a robust educational environment for children, I would undoubtedly select this institution for my own children if they were still within this age group.

We have had nothing but positive interactions with the team at BrightPath! I am so excited to get her into a wonderful daycare (always stressful to leave your child with someone you don't know) and I feel very comfortable leaving her in the team's care in October! Great communication back and forth, extensive registration (which I personally love), clean spaces, caring staff that genuinely seem to care about the well-being of the kids in their care. When browsing their IG, I also saw SO many other activities the children take part in which I was very surprised to see! The extended hours also make it very helpful for daily life, as well as the non-specific drop off/pickup times (because we all know how mornings can go sideways sometimes). The only time a minor issue has occurred (technical difficulties with emails, no one’s fault), I received an immediate response and a personal call/follow up from the Director Jasna to get the minor issue corrected immediately. So thrilled that my daughter gets to be apart of this community! 10/10, would highly recommend!

My son has been attending this daycare since he was 9 months old, and now, at 3 years old, I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. The teachers are exceptional, nurturing, and truly dedicated to the children. The director goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, creating a warm and well-organized environment. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic place for my son to grow and learn!

Our daughter has been in care at Bright Path for two months, following a recommendation from two friends. The intake process was detailed and thorough, and the team has been exceptionally supportive and welcoming to our family. We are pleased to know she is in a facility that provides healthy food options, structured learning, and a safe environment where she can enjoy herself. The communication is excellent, and we appreciate the daily updates. We are very thankful to have such a wonderful place and dedicated team caring for our daughter.

Friendly and very attentive staff. They are SO amazing. I always feel good knowing my 18 month old daughter is in good hands. She is always excited to go to school and is always surprising me with new words she’s learned! We get picture updates throughout the day on our Bright Path app, so we’re always in the loop! 10/10 I wouldn’t want any other daycare.

If we could turn back time, we would choose BPPoco again ! We feel blessed (or lucky) to found this amazing place when we got to Canada and to be part of this amazing community I could call it that way. We are so thankful first able with Jasna the principal and of course with all the teachers that give all their love and knowledge to the kids everyday ! Everyday we arrive the first “thing” we see is a smile from any of the lovely staff members. My youngest daughter loves to go to “school” everyday she just love this place. All her friends are so sweet and they care for each others because that’s the way teachers show them to respect and love. Thank you again for every day you take care of our loved one.
