I have been a brokerlink customer for many years and I reached out to Brokerlink on May 14th with a request on an insurance quote through their Weston service email and i did not receive a response until May 24th! This is not the first time I have had very lengthy delays in receiving a response back when you send in a request from the client service team and it is becoming very clear that customer service and existing clients are NOT important to Brokerlink. As a long term customer with my vehicles, home and boat all insured it is beyond disappointing that this is Brokerlinks response time to their customers!!

I'm adjusting my previous review because I got to deal with Kristin Griese And she was super helpful!!! it's clear that their work load is VERY heavy, but that is not to fault her!!!! She was attentive to our needs, easy to communicate with, but I only gave 4 stars, because the business clearly has some hiccups to work out - imo. 🙂 The rates aren't great, but I chose to stay because of the customer service I revieved from her!

I added a new vehicle on my policy and wasn't told that the rates for the new one would be prorated - awesome when 540.00 comes out of your account without a heads up! Plus the lady ghosted me when I asked her when the payment for my new vehicle would be taken out. I gave 2 stars to reflect that I hadn't had issues with them when they were maagermans and raes.
