Never deal with them. Don’t pick call & keep your shipment with excuses to charge money on storage. Had to involve CBSA to release my shipment. Very rude and pathetic.

We have been working with them for many years since 2019, they are solid and reliable ,always beeing punctual for our LTL shipment. There was a period during pandemic kinda out of track, but at that time every carrier was super busy and some not even providing service. But they are good answering my phone trying to help us out with anything they can. I do recommend their service !

Very bad service
Please don’t work with them at all
They customer service is very bad
They don’t pay money at all, they owe us over $45000 for last 7 months.
Now they are not answering phone calls or emails.
Even if they offer you really good rate please don’t pick up there load because after delivery they don’t pay or answer your calls.

Took them 2 weeks to deliver 2 skids from Edmonton to sk/mb border, and they didn't even deliver it. Brokered it out to some other 1 star company that can't afford to put a hand truck in the van. Called to see where my shipment was after a week of waiting, said it would be arriving the next day. No show. Called back next business day, took my name and number to call me back, couldn't even return my phone call with an explanation. Couple 10 year Olds could run a company better.

Fraud company.
They wont pay u. When called they said accounting doesn’t have a phone number nor they come to phones and talk . We were told to contact accounting via email . And guess what we have sent more than 10 emails and no reply yet…

I had a large delivery that was difficult to deliver. Instead of being professional and communicating that they were not up to the job, they ignored my calls for two weeks then finally used the wrong equipment to deliver the goods, damaging it in the process.
Immensely disappointing.
