I went to CAA for my son’s passport photo and was so impressed! The price was great, and the customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure all the requirements were met and were incredibly gentle with my toddler. Overall, it was such a positive experience—I left feeling that they truly care about excellence. I would recommend them without a doubt!

I visited the CAA location in Brantford since it was the closest to my city, and I had an outstanding experience! The representative who assisted me was highly professional and made the process of obtaining an International Driving Permit quick and seamless. She patiently answered all my questions and provided additional information about CAA’s services, which was incredibly helpful and informative.

The entire visit was efficient, and I left feeling well-informed and satisfied. I will definitely return to this Brantford location the next time I need an International Driving Permit. Highly recommend!

Walked into CAA. No other customers there. There were about five people working. None of them made eye contact with us. One walked right by us. We stood around then I finally said, " Can we have some help" and one lady sat us down at her desk. When I told her we were planning our Italy/Hungary trip she said she couldn't help us and had no experience of those countries. She offered zero help! Wow. Why do you work at CAA?
I suggested that maybe we could get some maps of these countries, at least, so we were sent to the other area where we received maps. This person was helpful.
We had to book a meeting with one of the travel people (who was actually there at the time!) for days later.
I suggest that employees receive training to work at CAA!

It is a shame that CAA closed the kitchener and Waterloo offices but the staff at Brantford made the drive worthwhile.

I had an International Driving permit in my hand in 8 minutes and only another 20 minutes to nail down a 12 month health and travel insurance policy.

Brittany was very easy to deal with and she patiently explained to me where I could find the document I said she hadn't included in my package

three woman, who were working there on june 28, 2025 did not help me at all. While CAA made a mistake and spell my name wrong!!! What the arrogance! Very bad service, none at all and wrong attitudes. Your company made a mistake, its your resposibility to help me with correcting it. They turned me off, neglected service, I needed a picture for passport. My husband just passed away, and I told them. Robots. No compassion at all, instead they made me cry...Awful service.
