On a camping trip to Sointula we experienced issues with our battery. We had to jump it multiple times throughout our trip and on our last day we stopped at CAB to see about a new battery. After explaining that the only way I could purchase the battery is if I could get it installed as I was not able to do it myself, Jason (?) stated that perhaps the tire shop could install it. I drove to the shop but the fellow said he was not able to do it until the following day, which did not really work for us as we really wanted to get home. I drove back to CAB to thank them for trying to help me and said that I would just to limp it home. Jason said not to worry, he would install it because he was concerned that we would get stuck somewhere with no cell service. Within an hour, Jason and Wayne had replaced the battery, as well as a very worn connector cable, and we were on our way.

All if this to say, big props to these gentleman. This was at the end of the day and I am sure they would have preferred to get ready to go home, but instead they went the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend CAB and their people for the fabulous service. We arrived home safe and sound, and the vehicle ran better than it had for quite some time.

Thank-you Jason and Wayne. You went a above and beyond and made us very happy campers.

We broke a strut in half on the logging road. Parts girl Katie got us a full assembly same day! Great experience and was super happy to hear another fellow parts woman on the other side of the phone!!

Horrible with placing orders and will Lilly order wrong part. if you do get an order placed they never call to let you know that order is ready for pick up. Last 6 times trued to get them to bring parts in they messed it up 6 times .
