This company deserves negative 10 stars. They are without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt in any capacity, and I’m a business owner who uses numerous services both privately and commercially. The customer support is terrible having waited hours on hold only to never be connected to an operator and hung up on, having to call back and be hung up on again. The technical supposed is equally as bad with the lowest speeds of all the internet and tv providers as I’ve had Shaw, Telus and Bell at different times, while they claim to have fibre optic speeds. Completely false. Their ability to diagnose and fix issues regarding outages and slow speeds are very poor which resulted in repeated visits week after week with long periods of time where I was left without internet or tv or both. Their technicians are only available 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday as they were not local to my area. AND to add insult to my overall terrible experience with this company, they proceeded to keep billing me for several months after I had requested my services be discontinued and had long since switched to Telus leaving me with another $448.09 bill. ASK AND MAKE SURE your conversation is being recorded for anything regarding termination of services and billing as they take absolutely no responsibility for their actions and will continue to squeeze every last dime they can from you.

No help just by text the service ai, and had to be on the phone several times with way of having to be able to set up a appointment for someone to help me set up a new internet connection and Tivo and tv

If i could give no stars i would.
Since slave lake cable changed to Eastlink it is garbage. Constantly going out and im sick of paying high data bills when my internet is out.
You used to get same day service to resolve issues now it's days before a tech comes along.

Have had problems every winter technision comes and resets the modem says its good, just upgrade to 300 internet had it for 4 hours the first day they upgraded then back to 40 download and we call and they say there is nothing wrong , its like buy a jug of milk that is half empty

It didn't give me the option to give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. They constantly tell you they will "send a technician" or "call you back". They never do. Definitely will not be my internet service provider anymore.
